I think that tour means that the new album it's not going to be released until the end of the Tour...

I think it will be very early tour. There is no reasons to wait until april to begin

I have a feeling the first half of the Arena Tour is going to be almost identical to CDL; generally they'll be very very similar. So that people can see the early part of the Arena Tour as the CDL, and as the album is released the Arena Tour will evolve just like PoM did; in this way, we get to see the HOTEL Love songs closer to how it was before the quake, and she won't be sacrificing a new tour for the new album in this year.

While i too would prefer a regular studio album, what is so wrong about a cover album?
It's not like she's gonna cover Baby One More Time And Who Let The Dogs Out, it's properly gonna be some ballads in the style of what she usually does.

With that being said, i really doubt it's even gonna be a cover album, but i would be alright with it. It would be a interesting add to her discography.

I'm thinking 2 diff theme for Arena Tour 2012. First half of the year would be hotel love songs, and the later half of the year the theme with the new album. that would be awesome!

Ayumi stopped caring for what sells completely when she released Rock 'n' Roll Circus(no summer/winter singles anymore after that and she started being very unpredictable, she also got very little promotion and rarely appeared on TV after that). It's not about sales anymore, it's about what Ayumi wnats to do.

Or how about ayu will pull out something similar to AT2003 - 2004. The CDL and the tour in the following year are both the same thing. Probably just costume changes.

It's going to be a bit odd if the CDL and the Arena Tour are identical, cause CDL is usually aired on TV the night of, meaning everyone will be able to see it before the tour even starts xD
