*1 16,115 嵐 (the day before yesterday)

30,303 for this week so far because their album came out last week so they get ONE extra day for this week.

Ayu has 21,743 for the week so far. How does that place them 23,000 ahead of Ayu? The copies ARASHI has sold so far is not 44k, but 30k.

So as of right now, totals are like this:
1 30,303 嵐
2 22,522 JUJU [Life stories]
3 22,098 JUJU [Love stories]
4 21,743 あゆ
5 11,698 BENI

Today they had 14K and then you put (30K) like so.
thats 44K.

The (30,303) in parenthesis is a total of the sales from the day before and the 'current' day at the time. It's not an indicator of 'additional sales for the day.'

For example, here is AKB's single sales for yesterday:
*5 **8,568 AKB48 (累計 18,219)

They sold 8,568 for the day, but their 'total sales for the week' including their extra day which was 9,651 is 18,219. The 累計/ruikei next to the number means 'cumulative'.

For anyone wondering about JUJU. I think these sales are pretty good. We should be looking at about a 60-70k debut at 3/4 weekly.

I guess Ayu's sales are expected, I mean, she is releasing a mini-album, that is much more like a single, in the same week that JUJU is releasing two full best albuns.
And considering that the difference between JUJU and Ayu's sales are not that big, I would say she's doing well...

Japanese people are not stupid ! a lot of comments on amazon jp critic the fact that release is a disguised single ... even if these new songs are wonderful it's a bit too much this time:(
