If that happens, I quit |

Putting her Utada cover aside; I really would like to see another dance/rock number. GAME, Rule, Sparkle, those types of songs

I think it gonna be upbeat with circus vibe for this coming arena tour
Pleasss put studio version of STEPyou-a nation'14 - that would be its 10th anniversary on this spring as well |

Plot twist: it's actually a leftover from this last ballad single.
hahaha. I hope for something like guilty or marionette keeping in mind the live, but I believe she will go for an edm track. Not that I mind! |

 Ohh great news!
Maybe a new album. Something varied like RnRC would be nice :0 |

I hope it's not something like Hello new me/Life/medium-something lalala leftover.
Buuuut if it will be same LEVEL and STYLE as Zutto single, I'm in. I hope the future album will be a AYU album, not Coloresque-american *****it. I think it's only AYU album I hate as a whole and don't listen to it at all... and Zutto single is the best thing since Party queen ;o |

It's hard to believe it WON'T be for an album, considering the tour starts in April this year. And the album will probably be called Cirque de Minuit knowing her track record.

with the most recent single I truly hope that Ayu has figured out that straight-up "happy" is REALLY not her forte, musically. She does better with songs that are happy, but with doubts; with songs that are sad, but optimistic; songs that are angry and demanding, but with a request for relief. That is ALWAYS what she's been best at. When she doesn't make the darker aspects of a happy song clear enough, the song suffers, and she's been doing that way too much over the last few years. And when she goes 100% sad, a song sounds too melodramatic. It lacks the facets needed to be relatable and truly beautiful.
I'm REALLY hoping the Zutto... single is a sign that she's starting to figure out what she's good at, because it was definitely a few huge steps in the right direction. I'm hoping this next song is a minor-key rock/dance sort of track like Startin' or Rule or STEP you or something... but mostly I hope the next album is full of the multifaceted light-and-dark-mix tracks that ayu is best at. |

Armin van buuren just tweeted about going to Japan for his first gig of the year. Please be for ayu!!

I get this feeling she is never going back to strong pop style like STEP you, Startin' (though we have Lelio)...but I hope for something of that style in Spring. She can still release her Hello new me song ahha

Whatever we do, we should keep an eye out for Koda's supposed new album release (?). Her sales are a good indicator of how well Ayu might do on the charts with her next album.
