I think she will be the next big thing in J-Pop. So far, she hasn't been hyped like Tomomi or Leo, so I think her image is being managed extremely carefully. Avex seems to building her career similarly to Ayu... small releases, mostly similar songs, then she'll break out and find her sound. If her first album debuts with high sales, we'll know. Fingers crossed. She's insanely talented and very humble.

I loved her first 2 singles, but her ballads are a bit boring for me.

well she is already very big as a model...that's why she easily gaining fans as a singer..

Let's start over again is certainly her best song to me. It reminds me MiChi's style a bit which isn't a bad thing at all.

She's very talented but I didn't like a single ballad from her. The uptempo songs are cool tho.

Her live of "Save me" from FNS music festival was so touching, she really sings and play the piano with her soul :heart I think she got a new fan, and there is a movie from her in my Netflix maybe I'll watch

I've been kinda obsessed with Save Me these past few weeks.
She doesn't have the best voice IMO but she's really talented.
I hope she'll release an album soon, I would love to pick it up <3

Nishiuchi Mariya has announced the release of her new single "Chu Chu / HellO".

Her 5th single is a double A-side that consists of "Chu Chu", which is the CM song for ABC Mart's "NUOVO FIT PUMPS FLEX" and a new song titled "HellO". It will be available in 4 different versions: Limited Edition (CD+DVD), Chu Chu Edition (CD+DVD), HellO Edition (CD+DVD), and Regular Edition (CD-Only).

After releasing the single, Nishiuchi will hold live events called "Mariya Nishiuchi Uppy's Party 2016 ~Issho ni Hashagou~" in Tokyo and Osaka.

Hmm, I quite like the song. The fact that her voice is more on mature side really makes this song better. Waiting for full.

Not bad. It's the perfect song when the sun is shining after the cold winter. When you just want to relax without hassle.

Does anybody has a download link for Chu Chu? I read somewhere that it was released as a digital single on April 13, 2016.
