I know that tracking of each sale is impossible but still they should at least try to make their counting as accurate as possible. Anyway problem will be solved in next few years because they'll stop releasing any physical copies...

I guess they'll be first who will stop. Japanese society is riddled with consumption but they don't have space in thgeir small appartments to keep collection of all HelloProject CDs but now they can keep them in Apple's cloud! LOL

Seriously those days people don't want physical copies anymore. You can buy on japanese auctions even full discographies of various artists in silly cheap prices (often brand new sealed or in mint condition). Couple years ago I was paying for rare AYU singles even 40USD per copy and now? Few months ago I bought 16 old singles (brand new sealed) for.. 12 USD - and I see offers like that regular.

I feel like physical versions will be only for deluxe stuff, not regular press albums. But who knows, LPs has started popping again in some Brazilian stores, so maybe the next generation of hipsters may keep this fire alight

The biggest problem is that quality of recording those days is low and everything is simplified and mastered to sound good only in digital version. LPs are still popular because of deep music experience they're giving to music lovers. If you'll play modern CDs and their iTunes versions on decent audio system you'll not hear a difference but both will harm your ears. That's why there's no reason to release things like that as physical copies because their quality is too shitty to enjoy them. If people those days buying CDs than it's more like buying of collectible items - they'll use digital version and CD will be left on shelf.

I'm also extremely excited to see the covers for "A ONE". :D It's hard to believe the album's release is only in a month, from now! It feels like much longer. :( But maybe that's because I'm just looking forward to the album very much & tired of waiting, lol. :laugh Can't wait! :P

Really, I'm always like that :'D Since I'm not that interested about music videos, I watch them maybe once or twice but then will never look them again from dvd or blu-ray. So I'm happier to get the cover I like the best, since it will be up front in my cd collection till the next release :P And only thing I ever ordered more than one version was Namie's Ballada.
