UNIVERSE Tour is great. But I always tend to forget about it, cause of Dream Music Park. :P

Kuu together with model/actress Enosawa Manami

Enosawa Manami was 1 of the many models who walked the runway at this year's Tokyo Girls Collection

luna7996 28th September 2015 06:16 PM

I think I am the only one who likes the covers for the blu-ray and dvd. :P

This will be my first Kuu concert to pre-order. I always just download them because all my money goes to Ayu. Now that I am getting more hours at work I have a little more wiggle room and Kuu always has amazing concerts.

melissalove 28th September 2015 06:24 PM

Wow kumi looks drained!!

KarenPang 28th September 2015 06:29 PM

lol I'm not sure if she stayed on to watch the entire Tokyo Girls Collection as the whole event lasted 6 hours :dead2

And other artistes who also performed at the event like Crystal Kay also only sang 2 songs , not just Kuu

In addition , I think Kuu attended the Tokyo Girls Collection event with her husband as I saw a photo of Kenji who he posed together with the lol group via Twitter

Gustavopc 28th September 2015 07:15 PM

^ I love how these two are almost always together at these events, makes me feel so happy for them <3 Their marriage was on a rush, but I'm glad that they matched so well. Also knowing how Kuu has always been a romantic girl from her interviews makes me feel happier hahahah

NintendoHTF1242 28th September 2015 11:39 PM

I decided to go through my Kuu album booklets and I realized I've been singing the English parts to Like It wrong... My version is a lot raunchier than Kuu's LOL she says "I know you want to zoom zoom on it"... I thought she was saying, "the way you do do me all night" lol

jean-baptiste 29th September 2015 02:06 AM

I like the DVD cover better but I'll probably still get the Bluray version.

My favorite of her tour covers would have to be UNIVERSE Tour and JAPONESQUE was very nice too.

Praying for kumi's english on her forthcoming album #KK13
I hope #KK13 has iconic moments. Queen is finally free, she should show us what she's finally made of tbh

Gustavopc 29th September 2015 02:29 AM

I really want her to keep on the WOML style, that is the best Kuu album to workout listening to. Even Dance In The Rain is a good tune, the beat is involving and so upbeat in the chorus it motivates me.

happiholic★ 29th September 2015 03:28 AM

Dance in the Rain may very well be my new favorite song from her. I'm still not sick of it and I play it a lot.

Diva_br 29th September 2015 03:34 AM

Dancing in the Rain is one of her best songs ever :heart

NintendoHTF1242 29th September 2015 04:14 AM

Dance in the Rain is okay. I just wish she wasn't shouting so obnoxiously in the chorus. But then again, I love Lippy so I can't complain about obnoxious choruses.

I have to agree. I think that song is perfect. And I don't say that easily about any song.

I'd also like her to continue in the direction of WOML in terms of the mature and cohesive sound, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Whoever said, this anniversary doesn't feel special in regards of releases was so right. This year feels so normal for Kuu, no, even underwhelming with new music.
Though all those lives and special pefromances are a great way to celebrate - if we ever get some of those.
I actually can't believe they won't release at least her a-nation live.
Here's still hoping for some great bundle being released - b-side best with new music ( like Kana Nishino's), complete live best bundle, a themed album bundled with one of those lives e.g. Fan interaction with voting would be nice as well.
Avex, I am ready to be milked! Just make it really worth it, please!

ayumisrael 29th September 2015 09:03 AM

Releases wise they probably thought they could get away with SUMMER of LOVE? :P

Where are 3 singles in 3 months leading to a special some sora album/new original album on the same year, 2CD+2DVD 2CD+Blu-ray bundles and stuff kuu we used to have in the past?
I can so understand you Corvina lol.

KarenPang 29th September 2015 10:30 AM

I think this year being her 15th anniversary , it's definitely different as compared to her 10th anniversary

I feel that this year , Kuu emphasised a lot more in performing , be it when comes to her domestic tour to promote WALK OF MY LIFE & also when comes to performing in music/non music festivals , let alone in (finally) embarking on her 1st (short) Asian tour

As what Gustavopc said earlier , if you're living in Japan , the Japanese fans benefit as live performances wise , they have been spoilt non stop but for us , it's at a disadvantage & we want new music from Kuu in order to feel 'compensated'

And a while back Kuu even said she was busy recording new material , probably she might debut something new during her impending December last round of concerts or she does not have a habit of debuting a new song before an actual release surfaces ? :confused

Gustavopc 29th September 2015 12:06 PM

^ Usually there is something just coming out around her non-tour shows. There was TABOO around Dirty Ballroom, Gossip Candy around DMP, Dreaming Now! and Let's Party Vol. 2... I guess the only concert out of this rule was FANTASIA... You could pre-order POP DIVA at the venue, but I don't know if covers were even out and the song was not performed (but she did do some from ETERNITY which had been released I guess two months before it).

That blog post saying she was producing new music is my only hope now, I need sonething new from her lol

On another topic, I am hoping they rename the 15th Anniv Live, Kuu is always so creative with her concert themes :P

Lee^ChaN 29th September 2015 01:37 PM

I guess she'll release a new single in Nov.. autumn ballad, maybe?

Anyone coming for special live on Dec?
The registration starts tomorrow btw..
