It's the average in JPOP sales right now. I personally didn't think this was that good of a single, so the fact that it's a double-A side only helped it from even worse sales figures.

Look Namie did her best and thats all that counts

41,000 copies for 1st week is way better than her singles in 2003...

Wishing On The Same Star sold 37,990 (1st week) and 94,000 for 9 weeks...
shine more sold 27,938 (1st week) and 50,000 for 6 weeks....
Put' Em Up sold 21,725 (1st week) and 40,000 for 5 weeks....
SO CRAZY/Come sold 18,868 (1st week) and 48,969 in total...
ALARM sold 21,049 (1st week) and 50,262 in total....


i can't say that namie's sales no. are as good as before...but GIRL TALK/ the SPEED STAR is one of her best for the past two years...^_^

If anyone cares....Oricon just said that it's her first Top 5 (or Top 10? can't remember) in nearly two years.
