I agree, it looks fake - around her thigh and hand it's more blurry compared with the rest of the screencap. The colour of the thigh has been matched with the visible part of her leg under the table, and that's shadowed, so it looks weird. Another pic was edited into the screencap - I've heard about people who do this with j-idol pics, edit them with porn.

I've seen such pics, but I happened upon them by accident. Funny stuff though.

And I think it's fake. Since it's from episode 30, if you really could see her panties on air, we wouldn't just now be hearing about it, that episode aired over a year ago.
