are they available in stores? i live in hk but haven't seen these on sale before..

these are always so cute, but always someones makes the comment "thats not a REAL bus/truck/ect is it?" "it should be a REAL one" or "Is it real?"
.. maybe the thread just needs to say its a toy in the title..
