People please, it's not impossible for her to go to Dubai for 4 days. No, I'm not saying that she went with Tim. I'm saying that maybe she did go on a half-vacation there with her friends. And yeah, maybe she did shoot a PV there. But the point is, I don't think the tabloids would make up the part where they wrote avex acknowledging that she indeed went to Dubai for a vacation. If they did then it would defeat the entire purpose of the rumour.

Anyways, here's how I look at the schedule:
Sat/Sun: Tour
Mon Morning: Fly to Dubai
Mon Afternoon/Evening: Arrive
Thurs Morning: Fly back to Japan
Thurs Evening: Arrive
Friday: Day Off
Sat/Sun: Tour

If Ayu was going to do a vacation, now would be the time to do it. She doesn't need to start promotion for her single yet and A-Nation is still a good ways away. Yes, she has her tour, but like I said that is only on the weekend. The weekdays right now are probabaly the only free time that Ayu will have for a long time.

And I agree that even though it is HK, they aren't just going to make up the confirmation about Avex, because they would have to know that Avex would refute it if untrue.

I understand a lot of people enjoy the shallowness of those reports but there's no need to wish to find out about Ayu's personal life. You see, due to her deeply honest and personal way of writing you will find out a lot more about Ayu than from reading a tabloid paper or magazine.
Songs like 'appears' (and many more) say what happens to Ayu and her relationships in her own words. No one can trust any other words more than her own.

Oh cool...I was born (near) Dubai. I mean, no one's literally heard of the country, United Arab Emirates. So this is awesome (if it is true). The hotels are really nice there.
But as for the rumor, I really do not believe it. "Tim" sounds a bit suspicious.

Actually, Appears is one of the few songs that she admitted she did not write about her own personal experiences. :) However, I agree with the rest of your post.

Erm...just cause the article says that avex confirmed that she went to Dubai, then she went to Dubai? How about a more credible "avex confirmation".

*sigh* Why would a tabloid include avex confirming ayu going Dubai, but with her friends then? If they are lying, that just defeats the whole purpose. They are trying to prove that she went to Dubai with "Tim", not proving if she went to Dubai with her friends.

I don't think you understand me. Simply cause a tabloid says that Avex confirmed anything, it doesn't even matter what it is, doesn't necessarily mean that she DID go. My point has no relation with "who". My point is about the credibility of this "confirmation".
