She's not known for sticking to one genre in an album :p

I hope it's something happy, sunny, upbeat and cheerful - like the singles reflect.

I actually want to see Ayu do seasonal-themed albums next. A spring album, then a sumemr album, then a fall album, then a winter album... and have it reflect in the music and the packaging (cover, booklet, you know...)

That'd rule.

I hope ayu does more songs like Startin', 1LOVE sounds promising despite the one-note melody, and JEWEL sounds lovely. The other three are a bit too... saccharine, i guess? for my personal taste. Born to be... is growing on me a bit though. I could deal with more tracks like that. It would make a good opening song.

I also hope the songs aren't sorted by genre on this album. It kills the album-ness and flow of albums like "I am..." and "Memorial address". She does it alot but luckily didn't do it with (m)u, so the album went really nicely together.

And I'm hoping for a beautiful, poetic cover that had some effort going into it, like RAINBOW or I am... had. Where did covers like that go? v/Fa/S, Endless sorrow, and forgiveness are all great covers that had some effort & thought put into them. Ayu hasn't gone that route in ages.

imo, those covers haven't come too much because it's not too easy to come up with those kinds.. :/

She's had 40 singles + 8 album covers + a bunch of remix album covers..
I think it's good that she's at least featured on like all of them <3

about 1 LOVE: I think the HQ CM has a clearer version, and there are like drowned out guitars.. <3 <3
