I wish ayu would perform more 1LOVE than JEWEL.Even though they both are A-side, I hope 1LOVE would be mainly focus on..

let's hope that all this time helps ayu prepare something interesting and not so rushed like (miss)understood.

ooooooh! this is good news--er, rumor! i love rumors, becuz atleast its something! this lack of news is killing me o_o but i hope it is nov 29 becuz the wait is killing me! however, i do think that if mika's single interferes and ayu doesnt get number 1, it will spawn many "ayu's #1 streak has ended!!!!" lol :P

Because then Ayu would've had one of the lowest CD sales records of her ENTIRE career not counting her debut album's era.

I don't see why people want an album now.. that'd be too quick for anyone.. only 4 songs and probably like 13 album tracks..

It'd be like MY STORY ALL OVER AGAIN. And everyone would complain as usual. Too many new songs.. x.x

Too many new tracks that all the sound the same <3, if they were significantly different from each other, I'd be delighted with new tracks.

I want an album! Who cares about whether the people HERE would like it. "MY STORY" was a hit in Japan so I don't see why releasing an album now would be bad. It could do it some good if avex has a lot of money put into promoting it. Plus I'm guessing Ayu doesn't really care about holding a billion records or whatnot with sales and stuff. She's accomplished enough and Ayu just isn't the "it" girl anymore, which is normal.

Plus the idea of 13 new songs is... awesome. LOL

I'd rather have them scrap the whole single and just make the album. haha, I want one before I go Los Angeles (Dec. 22) so I can listen to it when we're on the plane, and watch the PVs on the ride to Vegas.

I would love her to release many more singles. so the release of 1love/jewel is welcomed!

I think that 13 songs would be a bit much at once..

Then again, the most we can have at once this year is 10-11 with a new single release, so.. :)

She usually aims for 15-17 tracks.. Hopefully this year's is 17.


[It would be bad because of too much new material at once... if you read back to 'opinions of MY STORY' threads, you would find that people thought that the mass amount of new album tracks left people sort of boggled or something like that LOL]

I don't care what Ayu puts out, just as long as her heart & soul goes into it. As long as I can hear the emotion/dedication in her voice I really don't give a damn what she does. It's her and avex's decision to decide what she does....yeah I want an album too but I'd rather for her to take her time, GET SOME REST *national tour&a-nation&two singles to promote in-between*(COME ON!! she needs a break) and do what she's gotta do.

Well, sucks for them. I don't like~ half an album of singles.

Anything can be boring to a lot of people [i.e classical music] and incredibly filled with concentrated emotion for others, I guess.

If this rumour is true, then avex must have faith that this single will do well. I mean, she'd be against a NANA single. On one hand, the last NANA single only debuted at ~120k last year, but avex usually puts Ayu on dates with 0 competiton (as done especially with her past 2 single releases).

And since she did some recording in LA for the album maybe we'll see the album in late January/early February? I just hope they don't do a 4th single.
