Thanks for posting.

But ROFLMAO LEAH DIZON? Really?! Okay, this may just be because I don't like her period, but she doesn't deserve the prestige of Kouhaku. :irked I thought this was a show for people with either high sales or actual talent :laugh

Edit: Okay, wtf, no BoA? Or Hikki? Or Namie? Hopefully they're all busy or something because if not Kouhaku is just messing things up this year.

DestinyWishes 4th December 2007 06:56 PM

Thanks, why no Namie and Utada. They never do anything.

loll

I know! :cry

As you know, Namie is on tour and I'm sure she doesn't want to stop her tour just attend the wh0re rating show.

As for Hikki, she never attends stuff like that...I don't blame her because it seems like they want her to perform there just to get their ratings up. I would like for Hikki to perform there just once though. If she had performed there, I believe that she would have performed Flavor of Life of course. The red team would win for sure! XD

The list of performers are mainly from AVEX...yawn. Don't NHK ever get tired of having only AVEX artist there. (>_>) It's the same thing every year....avex, avex, avex, pony canyon, avex, avex....you get my point.

Kagome-chan 4th December 2007 07:08 PM

ayu_fan929 4th December 2007 07:21 PM

^The number of times they will have appeared with this year's appearance.

BoA is on the list... and Kouhaku's lost a bit of it's prestige-ness.

namiie 4th December 2007 08:24 PM

^ OH LOL I see her there now :) Don't know why I missed it the first time~

njanjayrp 4th December 2007 08:32 PM

BoA, Yuna Ito, ERIKA, Shimatani, I really can't believe that none of them got invited, and yet Leah did XD

perfectdeath 4th December 2007 09:21 PM

DA1SUK1DAY01691 5th December 2007 02:17 AM

Not many new male artists... But I'm surprised KOME KOME CLUB is there. They weren't there last year were they?

AKB48, Berryz Koubou, and C-ute. Interesting... Ahaha. And I never knew Leah Dizon was that big... Sad that Ito Yuna hasn't been re-invited.

Wasn't it expected Ayumi would do Kouhaku though? ahaha. That's cool though.

mui-gei-tal 5th December 2007 03:02 AM

oh wow, the red team is loaded =o
thanks for the info!

I kind of agree. I mean I really didn't think of her one way or the other until I saw her Kayosai "performance", where it became obvious that in all her previous performances she was lip synching and that when she actually sings she can barely carry a tune (if at all) and she really wasn't a good performer otherwise either. I mean, I know she is an idol and a great singing voice isn't required but compare her to Cute, who was also on Kayosai any of those idols run circles around her in the singing and performing department.

ANYWAYS, I'm happy to finally see Gackt back on Kohaku - in fact he hasn't done any of the end of the year specials the last 2 years. The boys team will probably win as usual, but I'll be rooting for the girls.

somethinglost 5th December 2007 04:37 AM

I'm looking forward to this! =]

Kaiouforever 5th December 2007 08:43 AM

Where the HELL is Hikki? She DID have a SMASH single this year that sold a buttload of copies...why not on Kouhaku?
*tears*

Well I guess this means yet another botched up performance

elepop 5th December 2007 03:32 PM

Looking forward to Ayu, AKB48, Morning Musume and BoA!

criminal 5th December 2007 04:40 PM

Ugh. Leah Dizon and no chatmonchy? It's surprising to see Nakagawa Shoko there, but I love her so it's all good.
Basically I'm excited for aiko, Ayumi, Mika, BoA, mihimaru GT, Ai Otsuka, ayaka, Angela Aki, Gackt, TOKIO and Porno Graffitti, just to name a few. :P Morning Musume and Kumizon too, I guess.

o_o I just realized that people who have sold 500k+ (Namie, Yuna) have been snubbed. wth?
AND OMG. YUI is the biggest-selling female this year besides Hikki who doesn't attend Kouhaku. Did YUI decline or something? It'd make sense because no way would Leah Dizon attend if it wasn't for someone pulling out.
