those numbers for utada and ayu are both high. they'll both probbably do well, regardless.

That is high NIKKI number for Ayu!
Surprisingly, her older albums was "dumped" by NL's high numbers!

I'm just worried that NL's sales might be affected by Hikki's album because the hype over ''This is the one'' will last for quite a long time.

Lucky NL is not released teh same day as Utada's album... But is amazing to see that it's almost the same number!! (really for what I've listened of This is the one... is not as good as I expected... too generic...)

I hope by the time NEXT LEVEL comes out, Utada's album sales are a bit lower... She's releasing on an odd date so I'm sure it won't be too high.

I am not really sure how would Hikki's sales effect the sales of any of the albums released 2 weeks after. And as you can see I doubt there is HUGE hype over This is the One.

Wow...Utada? She might get 2 weeks at number 1. With a debut of 480K from Heart Station in one week, and Guilty getting 432K in 2 weeks...

Ayu might start a #2 streak and that's perfectly fine; she could win #1 if she wanted.

Even though she's lost her album streak, it'd be nice if she got another #1 for the week. Since NEXT LEVEL is released after This Is The One, that gives it a chance.

I got REALLY scared for everyone on the charts. I thought BoA, Ayu, Koda, Utada, THSK, KAT-TUN...all of them were releasing on the same day. It was literally a LIVING nightmare for me.

i think Ayu's Next Level will beat Utada in the end :P

Exodus sold less than a third of what Deep River managed. This Is The One probably won't scan more than 500k overall if that winds up being a precedent.

I don't really think it's sales will come close to HEART STATION's.

How is ayu's first week compared to utadas? I thought Ayu was more of a heavy front loaded seller, rather than utada that's consistent.
