My guess is that she probably sang "Stardust" at one point when she was alive (I'm not too familiar with her), and that they will mix her recording with the new one he's making, like how Natalie Cole and Nat King Cole sang "Unforgettable" "together".

Well we should at least wait until the cover gets released before we judge, shall we? And Ken Hirai has a beautiful voice, so I'm almost certain he wouldn't disrespect her song. :)

I'm not a covers person to begin with but I can say that Ken has done justice to a lot of great songs especially in his 1st Ken's Bar album

He covered classics such as Louis Armstrong's What A Wonderful World , Norah Jones's Don't Know Why , The Jackson 5's A.B.C , George Michael's Faith & even the disney classic like When You Wish Upon A Star & you'll be amazed at his Eng dictation

too bad he can't speak Eng for nuts because when he sings it , it's proven otherwise

I'm quite sure he wouldn't butchered LOVE ~Destiny~ . I have listened to almost his whole discography (except for his 1st 3 albums & some B-sides in his much much earlier single works) & I can vouch for that

I'm real glad that he has included Moon River , Ne-Yo's Because Of You & The Eagles's Desperado in Ken's Bar II :smitten

His take on Desperado was originally found in his Hitomi wo Tojite single as a B-side
