Recreation 2 album will only be released in 7 days but Acid Black Cherry Official Website has just announced the release date of Acid Black Cherry's new single, 「Re:birth」.

The sacred release date is 18th August 2010!

Re:birth will be the themesong for the PlayStation3 game 「Another Century's Episode:R」. This game will be released on 19th August 2010, a day after the release of this single.

There will be three versions; Jacket A which is CD+DVD Limited Edition, Jacket B which is CD ONLY Regular Edition and Jacket C which is CD ONLY 「Another Century's Episode:R」 Limited Pressing Edition.

And as expected from the evil avex, if the fans pre-order any version from mu-mo, they will get an extra bonus item which is a B2 original poster.

The recreation track this time will be Furare Kibun de Rock'n'Roll, a 1984 hit from the Japanese band, TOM★CAT

I only bothered to listen to yasu's covers of Aitai (it's the only song that got a PV) , GLAMOROUS SKY & of course Daitokai which's a duet with BREAKERZ's frontman DAIGO

I'm happy that yasu & DAIGO finally were able to do something together since DAIGO respects yasu a great deal & he even called yasu aniki / elder brother on his blog before :O

re:birth pv is really good. The song is nice too even if it's not my favorite from ABC.

When I saw the pv I O.O OMG There is a Breakerz's member in it.

With his hairstyle he makes me think to Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean.^^

The covers are really great. I love the second promo pic. He's so cool on it. ^^

I like the concept for Re:birth , the PV is so cool especially from the start til the end & nice song I feel :)

yeah Aurore , AKIHIDE serves as yasu's backup guitarist in ABC if you didn't know x)

ABC will be touring next month & AKIHIDE will join yasu alongside & some of the guitar pieces in ABC are played by him

The only PV that AKIHIDE does not appear in is Aishitenai but other than that , he & the rest are pretty much at the backdrop of yasu's PVs

but yeah for Re:birth's case , it's very obvious cos of his hairdo which needs a good trim or 2 now ~_~ xD

in fact , BREAKERZ's backup drummer MAKOTO also plays some of the guitar pieces in ABC's songs too x) . I haven't seen MAKOTO in an ABC PV but maybe soon ? :P

yasu went to BREAKERZ 3rd Anniversary LIVE WISH02 in NIPPON BUDOKAN which took place last month on 30th July <3

Acid Black Cherry member yasu came to see the concert. Apparently he didn't know how to use a glow stick, so he was looking at the people around him to make sure he wasn't making a mistake! Acid Black Cherry supporting musician SHUSE was sitting right next to him, and was laughing out loud at yasu. The fans near the members' seats seemed to be amused too!

That's pretty good. ABC's sales have been extremely stable (55~65k all the time) but it's been over a year so I'm very curious. I'd love it if they remained the same XD

I hope he will premiere a new song or 2 during the tour , it will be great if he did that
