The Ipod headphones are so uncomfortable >< They always fell out my ears all the time, too, and they're terrible at blocking background noise.
When they broke (after like three months) I looked for some better one's, I had no idea headphones got so expensive! They were all like +£100, it was ridiculous. I finally found some cheap'uns, and they're great! They're these Sony in-ear thingies, and maybe it's because they're just so much better than the Ipod one's, but I think they're great. These are the ones I use (MDR-EX85LP/WHI) and for the price I think they are very good. The design is funky but its for good purpose. The inner earbuds goes into your ear canals so your eardrums are closer to the music. The outer base clogs the rest of your ear and it also has a speaker so its almost like a noise cancellation headphone except at a much cheaper price!
