Well, Kuroki is, I suppose, a newer artist. And new artists' releases tend to leak a lot later. But anything's possible!!

I think they probably only listed the limited CD+DVD edition first because they wanted to gauge how much interest there was for it and submitted an order according to the number of preorders.

Either that or they wanted to make a certain amount of money before offering the normal edition. :P
