hearted, haha oh pls don't say that.. avex also gives us great fast songs too.. \
to be honest, i love their Japanese songs more than their Korean ones..moreover, avex gives the boys freedom to create music unlike in SM.. even though, they have released some of their self-composed songs, but most of them are only appeared in the repackage album..i want their own songs to be featured in the MAIN version..just like their Japanese album..
Well, IF ever they're under avex, i think avex will still find a way to promote them in Korea, i believe it..

but whatever it is, if they stay in SM, then SM should really be careful in handling the boys' contract.. no more slave contract..let the boys do what they want.. let them express themselves.. give them royalties!

all in all, i want the boys back on track.. perform as 5 again..

Anyway, I'm really glad the court is in favor of the boys... I think to them, getting less-than-deserved pay is secondary, to them, they really want to be treated like proper humans. As musicians, it's very cruel if their agent/company doesn't credit them or let them have patents to the songs they compose... it's something really inhumane imo, and if that is solved, I think they will be much happier. :)

And I really love their Korean songs lol! MIROTIC is full of sexy goodness... I love every single fast/dance song and Picture Of You is :heart~

Speaking of which, I'm really addicted to COLORS & Shelter now, especially Shelter!

ayumixx : yeah but they(avex) focus more on ballads while the korean music industry is more about catchy tunes :P

can't agree more. The Japanese MIROTIC & "O" & Rising Sun suck! MIROTIC is still okay, but "O" feels empty; like something's missing hmm~

But the Japanese ballads really rock! I still remember how I really wanted to puke at Korean ballads like Flower Lady omg save me from that song

5. If both parties finally agreed with this, it’s much probable that JaeChunSu will stay at SM, yet with more independent decision rights, and — if the negotiations about income distribution runs smooth — also with more fair income distribution.

6. This is NOT final decision. As SM hasn’t said anything and the main point of this case, the income distribution is not yet solved.

hearted, hmm i don't know.. i love their Japanese O, Rising Sun, it got me hook up with DBSK because of their japanese songs, not their Korean though..
but well, i've been loving both now..but i'm more to their Japanese songs..because to me.. their Japanese songs are more versatile, unlike their Koreans are mostly just around the same type.. SMP song..even though, i love it..

With Super Junior and SHINee :D It's a really fun song to listen to :) You can really feel that they had fun recording this song together :P
I agree, there is something lacking in the Japanese version of O :yes Maybe because they recorded the song when their Japanese wasn't as fluent as it is now :shrug It must have been hard to record their first songs in Japanese.
