When it comes to the costumes that I would like to see again, well I personally loved the pink stuff from AT05 the best and the pretty dress she wore during HAPPY ENDING the same year, in fact the only costume that was out of the place that year was the one she had for CAROLS. Also the AUDIENCE costume she had on during the (m)u tour was a pure win. AT07 and 08 were really good costume wise and there wasn't really anything I disliked, besides the feathers during AUDIENCE in AT07 I never liked those kind of costumes.

I thought the same, the outfits just dont fit the song at all, there should have been a change before that song

The videos are getting me much more excited! I was like "Yessss!" when the showed some of Sparkle and it looks like it's going to be awesome. I really hope that gets aired (and it probably will.) I also really want to see GREEN.

I feel that ayu's tour outfits are getting more and more simpler. nothing that WOWs!

i am pretty surprised that there was a purple shiny sequin outfit for Sparkle and also a golden shiny sequin outfit for evolution.. thats just -__-

and also, her mermaid dress was used in AT08 (Japan concerts), PCDL and AT09. just different colours. -_-

At the video on the previous page: I love how that guy gets all excited by her shoulder shaking move in Sparkle... xD and how the first lady mouths the lyrics to evolution. I dunno, I just love it whenever I watch those news clips and see some totally random people nodding approvingly at her. :laugh Makes me happy for her even if they're doing it just to be polite. That's how simple I am LOL.

I love sequins lol... I don't really care for the Sparkle/rollin' look overall though. But imo the evolution outfit- :love

Yeah, Akira Noda is her costume director (and has been since the beginning), so most/all of the outfits she wears for concerts/CD jackets are made by him. I'd always thought he was a she because there'd be the skinny woman with glasses in the DVD footage when Ayu would do fittings, but I guess she's probably a second-in-command or something.

I kinda wish she'd do a special collaboration with a super high fashion label for a concert, but I guess those will be CD jacket/magazine only. Oh well...

I don't mind the costumes... She can bounce around naked up there for all I care. The sparkly ones are extremely eye catching, probably work with with the lighting.
