I don't understand why people insist she had a plastic surgery. Keep in mind that photos are very often retouched. If she came off looking too chubby on her cheeks, they could have retouched them and ended up making her look 'better' than she actually does. Also, the lighting for photos is always set up to make a face look thinner, never the other way round. Just because she appears a bit thinner doesn't mean she went under knife.
