I listened to both and I choose Kumi's. I like Kelly's version but it isn't exactly "wow!"

Uhm, I'll have to say Kuu...only because Kelly's voice seriously annoys me in most of her songs. That's not saying she's not a great vocalist, it's just not to my tastes. I do agree Kuu could of shown a lot more off in terms of vocal range in her version though, and I don't think it's her best song by a long shot.
