She'll be on the June issue released in May.

Seems like unlike NEXT LEVEL which had promotion before and during the album release, this promo is before, during, and after release...

AyUmIXx 4th April 2010 06:36 AM

oh release in may..wow that's still a long way to go T__T

AyuGAME 4th April 2010 08:57 AM

dear ayu......
....and the management team too...

i have a question...why the promotion for RnRC is so little?

tell me why...tell me why...

Tell it to your mamas fans :laugh

I don't know too, but like what th said this time she had promotions before, during, and after the album released
Maybe they want to keep the album on a long time on the charts ?
Is that possible ?

It's not that small of an amount of promotion.

I want her to get back to December albums since she tends to appear on the usual TV shows AND the promo shows for her albums along with magazines/etc.

She usually releases albums near the end of the year, allowing for maximum promotion in November/December/January...

However, with NEXT LEVEL and Rock'n'Roll Circus released in the spring time, the amount of promotion is really small due to the proximity of the albums to the tour dates. It's really sad, but I think the promotion that they have so far is enough for Rock'n'Roll Circus on top of the many news broadcasts they've had with Ayu....

ayumisrael 4th April 2010 09:09 AM

I wonder when they will start using Last Links for the TBS news. XD

AyUmIXx 4th April 2010 09:12 AM

and i wonder which dorama gets the tie-in with Last Links..
when it will be broadcasted?
it's a dorama right?

ayumisrael 4th April 2010 09:14 AM

Nope, it will be the ending song of TBS channel's news broadcast. XD

truehappiness 4th April 2010 09:19 AM

04/10 was the date I got from a BBS.

http://www.tbs.co.jp/houtoku/

Speaking of BBSes, I think an excess of overseas had the BBS I frequent usually shut itself down to web users... -sigh-

I wonder why people think it's a drama, ahahahah.

AyUmIXx 4th April 2010 09:24 AM

oh it's not a drama? LOL..
so it's the end theme song for a TV Channel News' ending? that's not bad~~

ayumisrael 4th April 2010 09:28 AM

Yeah I mean people can hear it every day =D

Is TBS channel's news broadcast are popular though?

y_nathz 4th April 2010 09:35 AM

I've just discovered that's it's not for a dorama :laugh

truehappiness 4th April 2010 09:36 AM

It's a weekly news broadcast on Saturdays, I believe.

FYI, currently Utada's Fight The Blues is the theme song. Ayu's will replace it after a year of being the theme song, which is awesome since it's a whole year of promo!

The Japanese:

  ※TBSテレビ系全国ネット『報道特集』エンディング・テーマ
"TBS Television System Entire Country Net [Special Story Reports] Ending Theme"

With Utada, she had the ending theme too, but a version of the ending plays as the opening as well. I watched the ending a while ago when oji-i-san said it was on, and it plays for about 15 seconds.

Tune into Keyhole on 4/10 if you want to see it! I'll probably be up anyway since Ayu's concert starts on that day as well.

ayumisrael 4th April 2010 09:39 AM

Yep that's cool. ^-^

I really hope a lot of people are watching it on a weekly basis. =D

Bigtop 4th April 2010 09:40 AM

News programming!!? Another long-term "contract" here - first the ongoing NHK dorama that will last until June, and now a song that will cover for a year, and it's in the news industry!!? It's going to be a long track here...

truehappiness 4th April 2010 09:41 AM

Yeah, BALLAD's drama is still on, I believe, and it's not even on normal TV yet, haha. The news thing should help if people who watch the news are interested.

Lemme see if I can find ratings for this news show...

Quote:

報道特集NEXT TBS '10/02/06(土) 17:30 - 80 11.6
http://www.videor.co.jp/data/ratedat.../2010/vol6.htm

Lowest in the top 10, but it's not a "main" news show... pretty good rating of 11.6 though!

ayumisrael 4th April 2010 09:41 AM

Well it's not like BALLAD's tie-ined drama really helps. =P

truehappiness 4th April 2010 09:51 AM

Well, it doesn't help that Soukyuu no Subaru is only on BShi right now [the satellite channel for NHK]...

three satellite television services (NHK BS-1, NHK BS-2, and NHK Hi-Vision, a High-definition television service),
I wonder if satellite in Japan costs way extra?

There's a small group of people talking about it at 2ch too:

Haha.

y_nathz 4th April 2010 09:53 AM

^ Was the drama not so popular ?

EDIT : Oh it's from a satellite channel XD

truehappiness 4th April 2010 09:55 AM

I have no idea. It's a satellite-only drama (at the moment) that isn't broadcast "ALL OVER THE COUNTRY" from what I can understand. It's like... later on they will broadcast it over the regular NHK channel or something.

DVDs are available for the whole series in China apparently?
