Hope that, too.
This tour can be mindblowing if the theme is handled right, especially if it's like telling a story in different hotel sets.

If they do make one, expect the price to be like, 100,000 yen or something (with jewels and A symbols on it)

Picaflor 7/4 16th February 2011 03:37 PM

I don't think I'd ever be able to go. haha I'd be walking around Japan going "I don't know what anyone is saying T_____T." Flipping frantically through a Japanese-English translation dictionary every time I come across a word I can't read or someone says something to me. lol

tokyoxjapanxfan 16th February 2011 04:47 PM

got tickets for saitama first day and yoyogi last day (the last day for now, at least... haha) :D

So I have a question, sorry if its not suppose to be here.

But, does anyone know how I can get tickets to this? A website or something. (I'm in America?)

Thanks!

Edit:
I read some of the post and noticed that some people have friends in Japan... I want this! lol, I would love to have a source in japan. :) lol

ayuuk 17th February 2011 04:34 PM

Yeah, any AHSer in Japan willing to help me out~~~??

crea_spain 17th February 2011 08:05 PM

AyumiAi 19th February 2011 09:01 PM

when do the tickets go on sale officially? 0_o?
cuz all the sellers on YAJ only have TA tickets so the spots
arent guaranteed and im looking for floor seats XP

What does that mean? The spots aren't guaranteed? If they have tickets doesn't that mean they can go?

TeamAyu members get to buy tickets before everyone else but the tickets are randomized to make it fair to the general public so they can't pick all the good seats before everyone else. I think that's what they mean.

TeamAyu2004 19th February 2011 10:13 PM

Oh... I see because I was thinking about getting me a couple of the tickets that were listed on YJA.
I'm just worried that I would sit soooo far away. But if their TA tickets they cant be that bad, even if they are randomized, hopefully.

SKYia 19th February 2011 10:20 PM

^nope, the chance of sitting at the furthest back with TA tickets is equally possible, trust me :p

TeamAyu2004 19th February 2011 10:27 PM

Oh no!!!.. I guess I should spend that money on seats that might be sooo far back!... Any ideas on what i should do?

SKYia 19th February 2011 11:56 PM

get the TA tickets, if you don't like them you can easily sell them and get some you'll like (more expensive for sure, but there's always a small chance you'll win good sits - I got 2nd floor balcony 1st row xD, I couldn't even stand up during concert because the fence was at my knee-high, one swing and I could kill myself xD)

TeamAyu2004 20th February 2011 12:42 AM

^ Cool, thank you for the info

Mintkisses 20th February 2011 12:50 AM

You guys who got TA tickets must have some $$$ to travel to Japan! I would love to win tickets but even if I did, I wouldn't be able to afford the trip =/

TeamAyu2004 20th February 2011 12:53 AM

^ yeah, it is kinda expensive... But the hotel is just as bad! lol.. That's why i don't know if i want to shell out the money for a ticket, because then i might not have the money for the flight or a place to stay!! AHAHA!!

I have no idea what i should doooo..... :tired

AyumiAi 20th February 2011 02:00 AM

so does anyone know when the tickets actually go on sale?

TeamAyu2004 20th February 2011 02:22 AM

I talked to a company based in Japan for over sea customers who want to buy tickets. I told them I wanted to try and get tickets for the July 24 show, the final. They told me that those tickets don't go on sale until May... So i would guess somewhere between two months before the first date??

AyumiAi 20th February 2011 03:05 AM

mmkay that makes sense XP
btw what is the phone number for those people you called?

TeamAyu2004 20th February 2011 03:14 AM

there's no number... Its a website... I'll have to look it up for you...

::runs off to find out what I did with that website::

EDIT:!

I found it!
http://www.fdjp.com/

I have never used them before, so I can't say if they are good or not.

keikeiaznqueen 20th February 2011 04:29 AM

^ They're all right. Be prepared to spend a lot of $$$ on tickets though. Their commission is 30% and their shipping is expensive too cos they ship for EMS, not just standard mail.

The tickets DID arrive in 2 days and I got the exact seats I wanted, however. Very reliable middleman. :)

Tony G 20th February 2011 04:44 AM

8500 yen, that's how much the tickets are right? That's not really that expensive. $100AU, for a pop artist that's cheap.

I wouldn't bother through those agent sites. Reseller shops are the way to go. You can spend the extra you are paying on commission and postage on the extra amount for the reseller tickets. Because you might end up spending that extra amount and get a ticket far from the stage, when you could have spent that in Japan ensuring you get a decent ticket.

While we're at it, what are the best reseller shops to go to in Tokyo?

TeamAyu2004 20th February 2011 02:49 PM

^ Where can I go to get tickets from a reseller shop?

Misa-chan 20th February 2011 05:02 PM

^If you're going to the Yoyogi show, try the Harajuku reseller shop. It ALWAYS had tickets in stock every time I checked it out last year, for AT2009, CDL09/10 and AT2010 as well. It's much much better to go there and look for tickets yourself than pay exorbitant amounts going through a middleman.

SKYia 20th February 2011 06:21 PM

Don't worry, you'll most probably be able to buy tickets even on the day of the concert (and if there are some vacant far back sits you may even pay less than the standard price, but that's just the last resort, you don't have to buy on the last day), it's not worth importing tickets to your country, I know it may sound crazy to go to Japan to Ayu concert without ticket (esp if that's the only reason for going there) but that's cheap and safe way.

I'd go this year myself too, unfortunately there's no one to go with me this time and that's discouraging me a lot <(_ _)>

It's a real shop that you have to go to, I don't think they have an online service. But as SKYia as said, and from my own experience as well, it's the best way to get tickets at a reasonable price.

Do come!! A lot of us are gathering at Yoyogi on 23rd and 24th, so we can all meet up definitely~ ;)

I'm just worried she will be quitting soon!! Now that she is married and her last two albums didn't sell like they use too...

I'm sooo worried! :tired

MissElin_ 21st February 2011 03:14 PM

^There, there...
Ayu herself speaks often about music being her life and she can't really picture helself without it. Also she said that even if she's married now she is still Ayu and will go on doing what she loves, and her fans are still very important to her too. And last, her CD's selling numbers have always been falling (not only because of less popularity but also because of the rising internet downloading options we have today). So you just stay calm honey.

Don't worry. Her concerts are still in the top 5 of the biggest money making concerts. Even if album sales are down, she almost never, if ever, has a concert that is not 98% full.

It's rare for Ayu to hold Arena Tour till July, last year I had to take few days off at work to go to AT10, since I'm a teacher I have summer holidays in July and August so I was really hoping to go with a friend to the final in Yoyogi but now he said it was just a joke and he doesn't even work right now and won't have money to go :|

I've been to Japan twice, the very first time I even travelled alone but there was always someone waiting for me in Japan, now I'd have to go alone, but I'm really thinking seriously about it. It's bugging me, wanna go XD

Tempting!!! I've been to a total of 4 Ayu concerts and I was sorta disappointed with CDL10-11 (I attended) and told myself never to go to Ayu concert again, but I would love to go to see Ayu again :o

tokyoxjapanxfan 22nd February 2011 03:14 PM

they should do a special stadium version of this concert in the summer :3

but...that's just coming from the fact that i want ayu to do another stadium/open air live soooooo bad. :'( haha

Cool, thanks Misa! Is there a map/directions on how to get there floating around anywhere on the forum? Can you get by with just pointing at the ticket or asking something in simple english there?

Can't wait to go to Japan. It still hasn't hit me that 2011 is the year I will see her live. :D

At harajuku, find takeshita-street (it's the busiest street in tokyo, you can't miss it), then walk through the street and you'll see a couple of concert-stores (one merchandise-store, and ticketshops) at your left.
You'll see the tickets there, so just point to the one that you want. You can also ask them to point out the seat's location on a seatmap of yoyogi

SunshineSlayer 24th February 2011 12:18 PM

For all the people asking questions about obtaining tickets, please just check the Ayu Chat room forum. There are several threads there with all the information you would ever need about how to get tickets. :)

But to reiterate what others have said: The best way is to just come to Japan and get them at a resale shop.

ayuuk 24th February 2011 12:34 PM

Yeah, if you do not go through TeamAyu lottery for the tour tickets, I think the best way is just go to Japan and check the reseller shops. I have seen CDL09~10, CDL10~11 tickets on sale there.

I want an open air live too!! Don't remember which year, but "A song for xx" in the rain is simply epic.

TeamAyu2004 24th February 2011 02:43 PM

You are. =)

Seriously, everyone, tickets is the last thing you need to worry about when going to Japan for an ayu concert. They're being resold literally everywhere. I find accommodation more of a headache than getting tickets.

Just take the JR Yamanote Line to Harajuku Station and exit through the Takeshita Exit. Don't worry there will be signs in English all over to guide you. Once out of the station, cross the street at the traffic junction right outside, and you will be on Takeshita Street. It's normally extremely crowded so it's easy to know once you're there. Besides, there's a big pink gate-like thing over the entrance, hard to miss. So just keep walking down the street, and about 3/4 of the way down you will find the ticket resale shop. It's on your left side, has blue and yellow signs, and you should see many many glass display cases and celebrity posters inside.

Once there, just look for 浜崎あゆみ tickets. Or ask the staff, they can speak enough English to help. :) As mentioned, if you're unsure about seating, just ask for a seat map, or post a query here on AHS. The prices for the tickets are generally alright, meaning they are priced reasonably according to how good the seat is. So you can normally tell how good that seat is just by looking at the price. Those going above 50,000yen are normally great arena seats, and beware of those below the original price of 8,500yen, as they are normally stand seats that are super far back/too high up.

TeamAyu2004 24th February 2011 05:49 PM

^ Thank you Thank you!!! :)

Matthew 24th February 2011 09:15 PM

I thought I'd given up, but I'm starting to get real tempted to go once again! 4 years in a row??? A little bit crazy.

Yeah, tickets are really easy to get. I've never had a problem getting something in B-block for anything more that about ¥15,000. I got a stand seat last year for a little less money, but the view was still great :)

Sandy 24th February 2011 09:36 PM

OH, I wish I had money to go... A student with no job, so no chance... :/

But you guys have to promise me to take many photos!!!!!

I think this tour will be amazing :) I do hope the stage won't be like in CDL10-11. Did not care for that one, so sorry...

Wonder, will Mannie attend her concerts? Maybe not every one, but some, right? Like the first one and the last one or something...

TeamAyu2004 24th February 2011 11:38 PM

^ Yeah.. I didn't care for the stage set up in the CDL 2010-2011 either

I wonder if these are actually for Ayu's tour, but Akira Noda posted some images of outfits he's been working on. One is a white lace dress and the other is a white jumpsuit[?] covered in sequins.

They do look ayu-ish, don't they? :) But if it's really for her new tour, I don't think her staff would be allowed to post these pictures without permission right? It'll be kinda like leaking.

Title sounds undeniably sleazy.

But if it's Ayu, she'll definitely make it work :yes

He makes all of Ayu's tour outfits and occasionally, the outfits she wears for photoshoots. (Like the CDL09-10 DVD cover outfit)

And it would kind of be like leaking, but we've seen some of do it again and Dream ON being edited when Masashi Muto was working on them so maybe it's okay as long as they don't specifically state "THIS IS AYU." or something.

TeamAyu2004 2nd March 2011 03:08 AM

^ Cool! Thanks for the info!
