Over $39, but still, it's more than $50 on YA and that's just ridiculous for a CD+DVD and a small photobook (and a poster I'll never hang up). It depends on if you're getting the deluxe limited edition or the limited period/pressing edition as both of them are CD+DVD. The deluxe limited edition comes with the box, a 40 page photobook, the mini bag and the first press poster. The limited period/pressing comes with a 32 page photobook and the first press poster and doesn't include the box or bag.

This. I also realized there's no cutesy songs in their debut Japanese album. Which is strange because c'mon, we're talking about Japan here.. But I think they're just heading towards a change, image and music-wise, perhaps. :)

I had a feeling that they weren't going to have many cute songs on their album after seeing the tracklist (besides Gee). Prior to the release of the tracklist though, I would have thought that instead of Hoot being on the album, that they would have included Oh! as I heard it was a favorite of their Japanese fanbase. And with Japanese people liking cute music, I thought that this album would have reflected that. But with the direction that the album is going in, Hoot is definetely more fitting and because they had a Japanese release of the mini-album Hoot (although in Korean), it would make sense that they put it on this album. While I am really enjoying the way the songs on this album are sounding based on the preview, I hope they don't completely abandon their cute music in future releases. I think a nice variety of cute and sexy songs would appeal to their whole fanbase.

^I agree, but I feel that before now, the majority of their music was cute so I have plenty of cute songs to listen to & last me a long while so I really don't mind if they start spamming us with sexy songs. the only thing I'm not liking so far in this album is the "let me shoot shoot shoot let me hoot hoot hoot" in the Japanese remake of Hoot. I loved the original lyrics where they said in Korean "you've targeted me, you shoot shoot shoot, I hoot hoot hoot". the new english lyrics totally takes out the meaning of my favorite line :no I think the Japanese remake songs are going to be the only flaws in this album since the originals are all a lot better. But I can always just replace those with the originals in the album so it could be flawless~

I agree with you as well. With all of the cute songs they've released in their previous albums, we could definetely use more sexier songs at this time, especially since they are getting older as well and I'm sure they don't want to release cutesy songs forever. As far as the Japanese version of Hoot, I don't really care for the new line either but I'm assuming that it may fit more for the lyrics of this song. Either way, I'm really excited and can't wait to hear the songs in full! Their Japanese sounds really good too! :)

Ya, I was kinda surprised that they didn't remake Oh!. Oh well, I sort of foresee it as being released as their next remake single. :p

CDJapan has updated the details of the regular edition of the album to include a first press external bonus. With the first press bonuses of the deluxe limited edition and limited period/pressing versions being posters, I think it's safe to assume that it's going to be a poster as well. And with there being different types of posters offered with each version, I'm sure this one is going to be B2-sized (Type C).

Thank you so much for posting this album preview! This one is so much better than the one that SM provided since it doesn't have all of that extra noise going on in the background. Now that I can hear some of the songs more clearly, I do still do hear a bit of cuteness in the songs which I like. :)

I'm very much looking forward to Born to be a lady & Let it rain since their ballads are always so amazing! The more snsd ballads the better. I think their ballads always show off how talented they are vocally. I think promoting ballads more may even turn some people into fans who think they can't sing. I think mine is "Complete" from their first album. Also really love Star star star, Mistake, Forever, & Tears.
