^ lol they need to change the creative team. They might use outdoor shots for their cover, that would be interesting. Studio photos with plain background or cheap photoshop are cliche.

Oh, how I love the short version of the "Weekender" PV! :love When I watch the PV, I really do feel like I'm watching a fashion show! :laugh The boys are such good models! Their also very cute, too. :heart I enjoyed the dancing & I totally love the parts where their all passing the mic to each other! That was just so awesome. :D "Weekender" is still such a fantastic song & I've enjoyed watching the short version of the PV very much. Totally can't wait for the full PV! :)

I've enjoyed watching the short version of the "Asu e no YELL" PV very much! It's so totally awesome! :D I really love how the PV has such a bright & colorful feel to it. :love From the boys' outfits (love the different shades of blue in them :heart) to the rainbow-ish ground their dancing on. I thought their dancing was so cute, too! And the song itself is just so much fun to listen to. :) Looking forward to watching the full PV!

Hey! Say! JUMP's Yamada Ryosuke to play lead role in 'Ansatsu Kyoushitsu' live action film

Matsui Yusei's manga 'Ansatsu Kyoushitsu' will be receiving an anime adaptation as well as a live action film adaptation. At this time, the cast for the live action film has been revealed.

The protagonist 'Shiota Nagisa' will be played by Hey! Say! JUMP's Yamada Ryosuke, who's starring in a film for the first time. Yamada, who claims to be a regular reader of the manga series, expressed, "I was surprised that it would be made into a movie. When I heard that I would be starring in it, I couldn't conceal my surprise. In order for both fans of the original manga and those who haven't read it yet to enjoy it, I want to do my best to face the class with Korosensei."

A strange creature, known as Korosensei, gives a warning that it will destroy the Earth in one year. The creature proposes to the government that it become the homeroom teacher of Kunugigaoka Junior High School's class 3-E. In order to save Earth, the students of 3-E are assigned by the government to assassinate Korosensei. The story unfolds as the students look for ways to assassinate their teacher.

The students of class 3-E will be played by Suda Masaki, Yamamoto Maika, Taketomi Seika, Yuki Mio, and Uehara Miku. 'Karasuma sensei', who supports the students in their assassination plan, will be played by Shiina Kippei. He commented, "My impression of the original manga was that I was surprised at how anybody could produce such a bizarre story. It seemed that behind the humor, it was sounding the alarm of what the image of present day teachers should be. I'm looking forward to working with the young actors."

The fim will be directed by Hasumi Eiichiro, who is known for his work in the 'Umizaru' series and the 'MOZU' series. The 'Umizaru' team will get back together to work on the film. Currently, an open set is being built at a closed school in the suburbs of Kanto. Filming is scheduled to begin on August 31.

Manga artist Matsui Yusei showed his expectations for the film, saying, "I was amazed by the gorgeous cast line-up. Moreover, the CG of Korosensei was beyond my expectations. There was a lot of time and cost put into making it. I'm already excited to see what splendid human beings and expensive tentacles (Korosensei) can produce."

The "Weekender" & "Asu e no YELL" PVs are positively incredible. :love

I've absolutely enjoyed watching both PVs! They actually have lots in common with each other. :) Both PVs have such cute dancing, colorful outfits & the vibes that you get from watching both PVs are so cheerful & positive. :) I totally loved the dancing, so great! :D The boys looked very nice! :love The outfits they wore in both PVs were amazing. I especially love those pink & red suits the boys wore in "Weekender". :love I have to also say how good yamada was looking in the PV! He's just too cute. :heart I think he looks great with blonde hair, as well. :P :) I really liked the different shades of blue in the boys' outfits in the "Asu e no YELL" PV, they all looked totally awesome. :D

Both songs are just so happy sounding & instantly put you in a fantastic mood! Kinda like the fantastic mood I'm in now after watching the PVs. :laugh I just love both songs & PVs so much! I'm very happy with this single. :) :heart

Asu e no YELL is my cup of tea than Weekender, but yeah, both a-side songs are good! The PV also. I read from somewhere that HSJ fans were invited to MSta and requested to bring their smart tour towels, so Asu e no YELL will be sung for sure! :D

Hey! Say! JUMP achieves record of 1 million audience at Yokohama Arena

On October 13, Hey! Say JUMP held their last day of national tour at the Yokohama Arena. In total, the tour mobilised a total of 190,000 audience in 14 performances.

Yamada Ryosuke screamed “Let’s go! Do not lower your tension!” Running around the comprehensive runway and stage, the 9 members sang 32 songs including the latest “Weeekender”. Performance at the Yokohama Arena was held in 3 sets, each attracting an audience of 15,000.

Moreover, with the latest concerts at the venue, the group has achieved the record of surpassing 1 million audience at Yokohama Arena during their October 12th concert. They held their first performance on May 3, 2008 and since performed a total of 69 concerts at the Arena, mobilizing a total of 1.035 million audience. They achieved this most number of concerts in the shortest amount of time among active artists.

With this new achievement, the grouped recalled the time they performed 10 concerts in one week at the Yokohama Arena. Member Yabu Kota comments “There is a feeling that comes back every time you do a concert. We feel this is special because we are able to breakthrough 1 million today.” Yamada Ryosuke added the goal “We can not be satisfied with only here. I want to stand at the new National Stadium someday, I want to stand on the stage of the Tokyo Olympics”.

With regards to their target in the future, Yamada said he wants to be a group that will be recognized when they walked on Shibuya, Harajuku or Shinjuku. Yamada and Arioka Daiki then hilariously re-enacted a previous encounter when both are walking together but only Yamada is recognized and asked for a handshake and Arioka is mistaken as a friend. Arioka laughed “I also wanted to say I am a groupmate”.

JStorm is really slow when comes to releasing their artistes's concerts in Blu-ray

Heck even KAT-TUN hasn't gotten a Blu-ray release yet :x

ARASHI only start to get Blu-ray for their releases starting from this year -_- & the irony is that the cost for both their DVD + Blu-ray are the same

Nope. ARASHI is the first artist from J Storm who has blu-ray release followed by TOKIO next year.

I mean that I hate that we had a new song from NYC and they never released it and suddenly the group is death or hiatus or whatever

That they released Asia no Yoru years after it was recorded >_>

They make me mad!! And of course I want Yamada to have a fine career like the one Yuma is enjoying :no

PD: I don't like Arashi btw, HSJ is the only male group I like ^_^

Well, NYC is on Johnny's Entertainment (http://www.jehp.jp/nyc/info/index.html) as well as Yuma, unlike HSJ or Yamada solo works.

And about the Yuto's film, I've read somewhere that he got the role from audition. That sounds fair I think. ;) Also, Yamada already has 2 movies to be on theater this year!

Koro Sensations (殺せんせーションズ), the theme song of manga adaptation film "Assassination Classroom" will be released on March, 18th, under the group name "Sensations" (せんせーションズ)

Maybe it's the same thing as to why A.B.C.Z did not release singles but they only release DVDs ?

They just want to release it as DVD single. (Hopefully the video clip is worth waiting.) The only example I can think of is Utada Hikaru latest single, Sakura Nagashi. It's just a marketing strategy. lol
