Well we know she is going to perform some of them anyways (which makes me mad about the voting.... WHY vote for something you know will be there?!)

So in theory... A lot of the great songs in the top 50 will be dropped..
So I'll make a list:
Songs I know Ayu will be singing:
Audience, Boys & Girls, flower garden, evolution, M, song 4 u, you & me, my all, honey, trauma.

Songs I think she will sing:
Jewel, Ivy, M, Microphone, momentum, a song for xx, wake me up, walking proud, dearest, days.

Songs I'm 99% sure she won't sing:
kanariya, poker face, monochrome, daybreak, no more words, end roll, ever free, key ~eternal tie ver~

I have to agree. I'd rather hear GUILTY, It was, or still alone over kanariya. But, I guess people have been waiting to hear it for a long time now...

I think the list is very average. Having MY ALL, meaning of Love, beloved, Replace and HONEY as 1/10 of that list is amazing. They all sound the same! Why not just vote for one? XD But then, I guess they will undergo rotation with each other. :D

I don't understand why people would vote for songs like those, and the classical like boys&girls, trauma, evolution, flower garden etc. I mean, they were definitely going to be a part of the tour anyway. The concert wouldn't be the same without those songs, and Ayu knows that, thus they're like defaults. No need to vote on them too :(

Saying this though, a lot of songs worthy did make the list though.

If songs like ever free, kanariya, etc. aren't performed at the arena tour (at least in heavy rotation) I wonder if she'll recycle this list for CDL?

Oh my god, I realized we love the exact same songs(if thats your loved ones) Just add Last Angel and Guilty. Also, surprised to see so many of the new songs on the list. Sakura? Ivy? You & me? Song 4 u? Been played so many times lately, do we want this for an entire tour too?

I really hope she does. As in that the songs she doesn't perform for this tour will be played in CDL instead. Named something like a ~A Best CDL~. Then she could cover all the 50 songs, as CDLs and Tours tend to be 20~25 songs. I mean CDL Premium Live had 30 songs!! Insane!!

I think it's only natural fans will want to vote for some of her newer songs like SAKURA and Ivy.

And although I agree about songs such as evolution, Boys&Girls, etc., these are some of Ayu's biggest hits. Fans may have voted out of security to make sure she sings these songs; even if they're always performed.

Right now I'm just hoping she sings the under performed songs, like no more words, atleast once throughout the tour. What's the point of fan voting if you're not going to sing the songs fans voted for?

I kinda loved the PV version of kanariya tho the Jonathan Peters Vocal Club Mix, the original was a bit jazzy but I love the PV version more. idk it's just stuck in my head :laugh

I also hoped the same with kimmeh and Jawdarna that she may perform some of the voted songs for CDL. So it will be a win-win solution :D

Yes, I'm so sad WHATEVER didn't make it! I've voted for it. ;_;
But I'm also sad about the rarly sung RAINBOW albbum songs like Real Me or WE WISH. I mean I love songs like HANABI and July 1st and I'm happy they are there, but I'd love to see the others as well.
On the other hand I'm glad there are so much songs from LOVEppears on the final list, as I love that album as well.
There are also quite a bunch of generic sounding songs in the 50s. Hope Ayu and her team take the not so obvious and generic ones and make some memorable perfromances out of them!

Yes! they were the CD+DVD!! I really almost yelled in the store when i found them. They Had Ayu Trance 2 as well for 200 yen, but when I opened it to check, it was the I am album... that made m sad... lol... but they alos have two copies of I am... both with the long OBI... next time I go im gonna check and see if they were switched... lol... ah, that store is amazing.

Found some sweatshirts and stuff too! I've always wanted stuff from MTRLB but it had closed before I got to Japan. But now I'll have some things

Oh god there were so many MTRLG things I wanted, I was heartbroken when they closed. I still have a ring, bag, and tank top though!

The shirt is one-size and the only way I would fit into it is if I was six years old, hah.

I wish I could find more accessory-type things! I think it would be easier to incorporate haha. I remember the dog tags were pretty popular... But those might've been mtrlg (not that I'd mind)

I never realized just how much Ayu promoted the brand until I was looking at her magazines from 2002. Almost everyone had something from mtrlg in it!

That brand style made her look so rebellious and cool.

It was part of the whole Badass Ayu image.

Damn, even the brand MTRLG/B was "replaced" with doesn't exist anymore (Heavenark?)...the revolving door just keeps moving. :innocent

Here's the bag and the shirt. The bag is bright yellow vinyl (excuse the gross lighting, it's the middle of the night here) and the shirt is beautifully made--the fabric itself is very thick and the glitter decals are very sturdy, and heavy on the glitter! I've only worn it once. </3

I also feel the same way, and I agree about the transition and the way it meshes together. For me it sounds so raw, as if it wasn't mixed well not as one song entity. You have the Free & Easy sound in one layer and a rough guitar riffs in another layer and ayu's vocal. And the transition, it's just bumpy. I know she had other songs with unusual flow but Tell all was just idk

Don't "force" yourself to like a song; or else you'll end up not liking it even more. Just let it grow on you without over-thinking about it. If it doesn't grow on you, then oh well; what can you do?

the thing is i also have this conflict that i love the rockish parts but don't really like the ballady and the harshness of transition of the two parts.... BUT i do hope it'll grow on me.

I think because most of them have that climatic shift. All the last few minutes of her older songs really lift it; instrumentals particularly just seemed far more epic back then. It's something I feel Tell All really missed with its bridge, and numerous other songs (i.e. Song 4 u) have missed in these past few years.

Not that that makes a song, but I think it really contributes to why everybody thinks her older music is so epic. XD

What a lovely performance! And surprisingly not exploitative. For some reason, the few times I see foreigners in Japanese shows are just really cringeworthy. Either that, or I've been watching the wrong kind of shows.

That's true. I hosted some Japanese university students last month and we had a barbecue party. I was in charge of the music so I made a playlist with a mix of English and Japanese songs. They were both familiar with and even sang Ayu's evolution but I don't think they were familiar with her more recent ones, they weren't even acknowledging it.

True, I don't know many recent Madonna songs and I'm in my early twenties!
