I heard Firework the other day and noticed how crappy she sounds. It's like her composer thought it'd be okay if he could write some notes on the sheet that she couldn't hit :/ The lyrics are really nice though.

I lost interest in Katy Perry there for awhile because I found her first album to only be so-so...but I am loving Teenage Dream!!! It is sooo good! I love almost all of the songs on it! And congrats to Katy for Fireworks being #1! It's a really good song with a nice message :yes.

So my sister bought Teenage Dream. I like Teenage Dream and Firework. Last Friday Night and Peacock are absolutely terrible though ugh. Anyway, I'll keep listening to see if I find anymore gems to my liking.

I'm glad Peacock hasn't been a single yet. It's so annoying but I really can't see it NOT being a single because it's one of those songs the public will eat up. Reminds me of Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne so much and that was annoying as F*KKKKK. |

That was attention seeking ploy. A hot girl making out with another hot girl is a common fantasy amongst guys. It's even in the lyrics that it's an "experimental game" and she wanted to "just try it".

They say she's exploiting homosexuality to sell records. I agree with it. Girl on girl action goes far in america. Since she's a girl she's using it to her potential to sell more records. I'd struggle too if I were moving around like her. I don't know what the hell Lady Gaga does—maybe like a million crunches a day or something—to sound how she sounds despite her movements, but I think most people wouldn't be able to sing as well as they're able to if they were dancing.

I like the album version of ET. Cause it's kanyeless. I think they added him in to get more sales, and views for the video. I don't think there's really any other reason for him being there. He also seems like an after thought for the fact that he's not in the album version, but is in the single version when time came to promote the song.

I haven't heard the Kanye version yet but when I saw he was going to be featured I almost died - way to kill this amazing song! I'm dreading watching the video because I know they butchered it with adding his lame-ass in there.
