hmm... okay I really hate the 2010 calendar lol, oops. :P It's just... isn't very nice imo... the clothes are horrible and what's with Junsu's hair and face color! O_O

and I hope there would be TV lives for BREAK OUT! I mean... I really hope there'd be, and I hope they actually are still as close to each other, despite everything, I hope...

yeah, i saw this the other day1 :) i HQ it's even better... but you know, the calendar is pretty :yes but i think it's.. boring? i liked last year one better :) here they looks like dead, i rather see them smiling than with these asslikeface :laugh

Anyway, I chanced upon some DVD rips of the TSC Tour on youtube... omg so far I've watched till Doushite... and I wanna watch more but I HAVE TO STOP cos I already want to buy the DVD!

^^ Dating on Earth includes all the members, but Jaejoong and Yoochun have the leading roles. I think it was about one of them being a student and the other the husband of the teacher. The student falls in love with the teacher and yeah... you know that there will be problems...
There is a rumour that they didn't broadcast the drama, because a fan killed herself over it (it includes a kissing scene). But it's a rumour.
It includes a scene with Jaejoong wearing a white shirt standing in the rain :lech

Smart move of SM to release Dating on Earth... They know fans waited for it a long time and will buy it. To make up for the loses of the boycott by fans?

Who is going to buy "Break Out!"? Their is a project by Japanese fans to get 500.000 preorders for this single. To support them and to break their preorder-record :yes

"Be it working in public or private, I can't bear to see TVXQ like this." Sam-san expressed

Though all of the members are at the backstage, a screen was used to separate them. To forbid interactions, staffs would be them to monitor each of the members. It was said that they were even unable to communicate with each other. At both of the Best Hit and FNS Music Festival held on November 26 and December 20 respectively, we were able to saw all of the members performing live on stage. However, they (TVXQ) were later said to be giving each other cold shoulders. However if the above stated was true (that they were having bad relationship), they wouldn't be talking with each other even if a screen wasn't there! It however shows that the strong bond between members still exists and thus, barriers were needed so to prevent communication.

Despite the on-going lawsuit, the members arrived in Japan on Mid - December for the PV's filming of their upcoming single - Break Out - said to be released on 2010. Similar to previous situation, a 3 - 2 formation was formed. 3 members stayed in hotel and flights scheduled that were different from the other 2 members. The atmosphere while filming the PV on December 15 and 16 was thus oddly tense.

Why? Apart from TVXQ's managers, there were also staffs from Koreans who arrived specifically to observe the members while filming. Not only did this occur when filming, they were also watched while taking break. This is a harsh and major blow for members whom once mentioned that they hope to perform as a group.

Max Chang Min seems to be having a silent protest as he rarely spoke. Sam-san who direct for this PV, is the dance instructor and big brother for TVXQ too. While not working, SAM - san and the members would go for a drink and too and hopefully, they (TVXQ) are able to pour their sorrows and feelings to him. It must be difficult for them all to be working in a tense atmosphere.

It is a difficult period for members and their fans now. The lawyer of the 3 members also expressed that the 3 members were extremely apologetic that they had made their fans upset.

It wasn't an easy decision for members to postpone the BIGEAST MEETING - one that they had been waiting eagerly - Xiah Jun Su also delayed the musical that he would be starring in so as to attend the meeting.

Fans hope that though they might not be in the current management company in the future, they (TVXQ) would be able to sing and perform on stage - as one.

As the New Year approaching, we hope that they will be able to BREAK OUT and pull through this crisis!

I don't remember there being an actual article about it, but many of these were mentioned in Korean/Japanese fanblogs after FNS and then that rumor kind of died out until now. It being picked up again and now with additional details makes me wonder. We know the ones that are true is the scheduling of different hotels and flights. I think SM sending their people to Japan is true too. The one about the screen has yet to be proven true, kinda hard to prove it unless a staff comes out and say something. I wouldn't be surprise if it was true. You never know with SM.

Instead of all buying the 3rd Asia tour dvd, there should be one person to buy it and put it on the internet. Really, the boys don't get that much money for their dvd or cd sales. In Korea they have to sell a lot and then they get some money (like 3-5%). It all goes to SM.
I'm glad that some of the Super Junior members are raising their voices against SM too. I wish some SNSD members will raise their voices too. All major artists against SM :laugh

About Dating on Earth:
Dong Bang Shin Ki’s new drama will be included in the up coming Mirotic Live Concert DVD.

Dong Bang Shin Ki’s new drama titled ‘Dating On Earth’ is a story about the school and married life between a high school student who's also a husband (Micky YooChun) and his form teacher (Seo HyeonJin); the other 4 has been casted as YooChun’s classmates whereby JaeJoong is a transfer student.

^^ I don't know for sure, but the last asia tour dvd had the Seoul one, so I think this one will be the Seoul one too :) The TBS broadcast of the concert was the Seoul one. You can see the FULL CLEAR fancam of the Nanjing concert on youtube ;)

She also added, "If TVXQ, who has evolved from just a domestic star to a Hallyu star of Asia, cannot overcome these unfortunate conditions and disband, not only will this be a huge loss to our country's entertainment industry, it will also be a loss at a nationwide scale," and "I hope to see TVXQ come to a reasonable agreement with their agency and return to the stage in good spirits."
