For me, the best thing about them is their PVs. Most of her singles are catchy, but as Karen said, the only ones who blew my mind are Guuzen no Kakuritsu, Freedom and my well-loved Jounetsu no Daisho (:loves). The rest of their single songs are good, like Drive away, Be your wings, Orion or Infinity, but I can't stand their album tracks, except maybe Winter Game D:

FREEDOM is a great track, but you know the Japanese, they love them sum simple pop songs and ballads. I'm sure it'll fare better than Ninki said though. After all, last week they said Tsuruno Takeshi would be this week's single no. 1 but it hasn't even cracked the top 3 yet XD

GIRL NEXT DOOR wows the crowd with outfits made by Lady Gaga's designer

GIRL NEXT DOOR's first nationwide tour, "GIRL NEXT DOOR LIVE DOOR 2010 'FIRST COLLECTION'" saw its final performance on June 18th at the Ebisu Liquid Room, and the last performance of this 13 city tour featured daring, cute and powerful outfits on lead singer Chisa.

Each date of the tour ended up being completely sold out. At first, approximately 5,000 audience members were anticipated, but over 20,000 applications for tickets were received, and seating was quickly increased, to 6,600.

The final show featured eye-popping outfits. At the beginning of the show, Chisa wore an eccentric blue leotard that was quite sexy, and it was made by Brian Lichtenberg, the designer for artists like Lady Gaga and Daft Punk. It was the first time that Lichtenberg had worked for a Japanese artist, and the theme was "Electric."

Another outfit worn by Chisa at the show was a piece by designer Jeremy Scott, who had worked with her for the 2009 a-nation concert. Scott has designed for artists such as Madonna and Bjork. This was a cutting edge fashion piece with an African style.

GIRL NEXT DOOR was introduced with a rare laser show on stage. The three member band, who was greeted with overwhelming cheers, began with their second single, "Drive away." They played their latest single, which is the theme song of the current Asahi TV night drama, "Empress Kaoruko," as well as the theme song to Fuji TV's drama "Atashinchi no Danshi," "Infinity," as well as an encore featuring the song "Guuzen no Kakuritsu," and the audience was captivated until the end by the singing and dancing performance.

After their last rehearsal that day, the 3 members of GIRL NEXT DOOR answered questions at a press conference. "I cannot believe this is the end," said Chisa at the beginning of the conference. Performance and live tour that has kept them busy by flying all over the country.

About her daring outfit, Chisa asked, "Was my ass hanging out?" In order to wear such daring outfits, she did regular weight training and watched what she ate. "I have confidence in my muscle, so I want to show it off on stage!" she said with a glimmer in her eye. "Since you're trying to go for sexy appeal, shouldn't you say 'style' or something instead of 'muscle'?" the other two members retorted, showing a closeness between the band members.

GIRL NEXT DOOR plan to participate in a-nation 2010, as well as release new material in the fall.
