too bad she looks horribly photoshopped in the worst possible manner for the cover

they should have used other phtos of her in the CD sleeves for god sake :grumpy

ILoveGeniuses 29th April 2010 04:50 PM

i've been wondering about whether or not to buy her chinese cds since like half of both are just chinese versions of japanese songs i already have.

KarenPang 29th April 2010 04:54 PM

honestly I wouldn't do that . I made a mistake with regards to her 1st chinese debut album

the songs are the same , melody , lyrics & etc . The only difference's hearing the songs being sung by her in a different language

that's why this time round , I'm not going to get her 1st mini chinese album even though there're new Chinese songs

ILoveGeniuses 29th April 2010 05:56 PM

^Thanks. maybe if in the future she releases a chinese cd thats ALL brand new songs i might bother to buy it, but if just chinese versions of japanese songs, i wont bother.

Buy it! There's 4 new songs, they are great, and these are one of her best Pvs! Honestly, even though it's just an EP, but the contents feel more worthy then her first Chinese album.

If you want to get it, don't wait too long, this is the first press with a bigger package, that's why there's a lovely poster, I think in the future, it might be just like her first Chinese album, and now sold in a smaller size, so the lyrics booklet become smaller.... I prefer the bigger version

I really just hate when the packaging is SO HUGE, i cant fit it on my shelf. But i have no room for anymore posters, so i shouldn't jump over just a poster. Still, I'll give it a listen. thanks.

the poster aren't that big, and you don;t really have to hang it up. i kept mine in the case

ILoveGeniuses 30th April 2010 06:16 PM

^Then there's no point in spending the extra bit for a poster. i just hope the over all packaging of the album itself isnt too big. Anyways, i cant buy it now anyways. I just got word that Jay Chou's starting a world tour as of June, and i wanna save up enough money so I can go to the concert when he stops into Toronto later this year.

LacusClyne 1st May 2010 03:49 AM

Speaking of jay's concert, his tickets were sold out here within 3 hours. My friend can't get any tickets for his wife at Sistic, and end up buying from eBay. You won't believe the crazy resale price! The most expensive tickets, original price at sgd $228 were sold at eBay from sgd$500 to sgd$1000++

ILoveGeniuses 1st May 2010 05:28 AM

^Where's Sistic? To my knowledge, the show here hasn't even been announced yet. I don't think it'll be quite so bad in Toronto to get tickets. I guess I'll have to see. I'm praying I can though. It'll be the absolutely FIRST concert of my life. I've never been to one before.

LacusClyne 1st May 2010 05:23 PM

^SISTIC is the Singapore organiser for the concert

ILoveGeniuses 1st May 2010 06:01 PM

^oh ok. cool. I really don't know too much about all this stuff since I've never been to any live event before. I'm really excited about this all though right now, even though it'll be several months before he finally gets over here to Canada.
