This is so hard for me... :dead2 Not because I think the albums are on par with one another, but because I find it hard to admit that I like a Kuu album more than an Ayu one, and that's certainly the case here for me. I love Rock 'n' Roll Circus, but UNIVERSE is one of my all-time favorite Kuu albums. I love almost every single track and I play it over and over. Rock 'n' Roll Circus is a fantastic album, but UNIVERSE has a special place in my heart. :heart

Universe. RnRC was the Ayu album that really had me losing interest in her. I remember not really caring to listen to all the album tracks from this album and when I did I was disappointed (I've never really got the hype for Don't Look Back). And then the Love Songs era really sealed the deal. So, despite that Universe isn't my favorite album from Kuu (and I really hate the covers) I had to vote for it.

ewww I voted for UNIVERSE can I change my vote :-(

UNIVERSE is okay. they're both kind of similar because they're not really cohesive, just a bunch of songs of totally different sounds thrown together on a disc. UNIVERSE is probably my least favorite modern Kuu album though lol, I just find it all bland and forgettable compared to her others...

Rock'n'Roll Circus is definitely not Ayu's best album, and it suffers a lot from being front-loaded with ballads and having uninspired, emotionless ballads in general but there's something about the rest of the tracks, poor production notwithstanding, that's just :heart the more upbeat tracks (along with some from Party Queen) are my go-to when I want loud, fun Ayu music these days lol
