Well said you guys, It's nice to see people taking the time to look for meaning, cos we should all know that ayu is a very deep thinker whose lyrics AND pv's often have very profound meanings.

People shouldn't be too quick to dismiss it as "her walking some dogs? boring..."

Anyway, I'm very puzzled by the light at the end, but these things I do agree with...

It's not a recent disaster, it's the state of the world then, post-apocalyptic.
Ayu seems to be some sort of Queen of the Apocalypse (:D)
Dogs and their size and pulling definitely has symbolism.
Her barely able to control them definitely has symbolism, as if she's at risk of losing control at any moment.
Lots of people watching her, some seemingly wanting to attack her.
Soldiers protecting her.
dropping the leads upon seeing the light.
turning away form the light and shielding her self, it's not something she's embracing, but also something she seems resigned to, as if she knows it can;t be escaped. (whatever it is and whatever it represents.)

All the above definitely are intentional and bear some meaning. I wish ayu would explain or at least give us a few hints when she makes pv's like this :P

I DON'T think it's a dream, or that she's dead. Any weirdness is symbolic and artistic. it's not a documentary! 'it's a dream' is such a lazy theme for a pv. Why can't there be metaphors and symbolism without it needing to be a dream? Why can't it just be a representation of something, rather than an actual depiction of something?

Anyway, there's a lot of good ideas about the meaning of this pv, so I'm pleased, good job guys!

Also, I love the PV, and the song, and they work brilliantly together.

That outfit is awesome! Love that dress!

She can be Queen of my Apocalypse any day ;)
