Once I read that she chose to sing INSPIRE, I immediately thought of the lyrics. :) Then it makes sense she chose this song. I don't like the song much, but the lyrics are very memorable.

It's one of the NHK streams. HOWEVER... Ayu's performance will likely be uploaded minutes after it happens.

There's also NIJI show, it's a pc program which streams most of japanese tv channels and is usually not laggy. I was able to see Msute super live today without it lagging too much, I think it's a nice choice :)

I'm not thrilled with the choice of the song, but doesn't Kouhaku usually have a theme of song choice for the red team and white team. i know last year they went with progress because of the tsunami disaster and she changed the lyrics. Also i think it is based on her sales of singles in that year. This reminds me of the year she sang Fairyland instead of Heaven. Stick to ballads for kouhaku.
