I doubt normal people can enter the premiere. It's probably just for journalists and other invited top-ranking folk.
So even if she sings it, we won't get much more than photos and maybe a short news clip.

What Linza means is that Misa might have done a small translation mistake, it seems that nothing in Billboard Japan's article is saying that she will actually perform Pray.
