You're probably not entering the address correctly :) if you copy-paste, your tenso number is probably in full-width characters while the field only accepts half-width numbers. Try to re-type the number manually

Copy and paset works, but not in all browsers. Firefox changes it into half-wide. Chrome paste it in orginal full-width, so I always use Chrome to order from mu-mo.
