I'm poor at the moment but I'm happy I got to order the Trouble tour cap, since I missed getting at the concert I attended.

I also saw this but didn’t know where to post! Does this mean old goodies are going to be available?? Since I can’t see any of them on mu-mo. Really hope I can get the tank top from JTB Tour I missed last time, and cheaper!

Really excited for this sale! This is my first time purchasing on mu-mu. I'm using Tenso since I am in the USA. I'm ready to check out, but it keeps saying my address is wrong :cry

I know I am entering it correctly... anyone have any tips or suggestions? I knew this would be a process but WOW is it hard to purchase overseas items.

^you can't copy and paste from tenso because they use the 1.5 character width. You need to type in the numbers yourself. The kanji is usually okay to copy and paste but the numbers won't work. Just retype them into the form when you're putting in your address.

I went online half an hour after the sales started and things are already selling out. Mostly the kangol items, some of the Trouble 2019 items and the starter black goods. Would have been nice to get the backpack for half price but oh well. :D

Thank you for the quick response! Unfortunately it's still not working for me :( I did some variations of the address, and typed in my own numbers to get rid of the 1.5 character width issue. I got through once but when I clicked "Order" it went to an error screen. There was an error with the address and credit card.

EDIT: I linked up my PayPal account to use that as my payment method, but at check out the only option for payment is credit card.

Paypal is no option for this promotion sale, I also had to take credit card.
as for the address, try copy and paste it in chrome, I only can use chrome for mu-mo, Firefox doesn´t work >>

I think I got the address working now (when it wants to lol) but now the issue is my credit card. I tried two different cards with no luck. It says "Your credit card information is not entered correctly. Please check your entries." :tired

It seems this was an issue for some people towards the beginning of this thread. Maybe this is a mu-mu issue.. not sure.

I'm using Google Chrome for all of this. Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it. I've been trying for three hours now to place an order. What's another couple of hours :laugh

my credit card is also hit or miss, sometimes it works with mu-mo and sometimes not xD

I got the remaining cups I was missing, another donburi bowl, 2 curry bowls and spoons, the tape measure and a couple of the string bracelets. The prices were really good!

The Kangol stuff was tempting but I do already have a similar looking red plaid shirt lol

PayPal worked for me. I did the purchase from my phone, (I thought they’d have more stuff, ended up just getting another camo trouble cap) but I have also used google chrome in the past and both credit card and PayPal have always worked for me. Mintkisses, If you’re still having trouble entering the address, try installing a Japanese Language keyboard, if you use that it will automatically input half width numbers. Wish I could offer more help but I put my tenso address on mumo so long ago I don’t remember how I got it to work, though I think I had the same problems.

I was able to order the card case and the face towel but the backpack sold out too fast for me to get :(

My husband bought from the Evangelion store and wanted to ship his stuff from my Buyee box so I figured I'd ship everything.......$250AUD for the shipping but including the fees and GST it wound up at $390AUD....... TT__TT

My stuff will probably sit at Tenso as long as possible. I have stuff from January that's still available to consolidate so hopefully I can just do one big mega ship and be done with it before EMS hopefully returns....

Thank you for the tip. Weirdly enough I tried again the other day and it took the address with no problem as well as my credit card. I didn't get the option to use PayPal, which is what I would prefer using. None the less this is my first international order like this so I am excited to receive the goods! A little nervous about the shipping price though...

You're welcome. So strange...maybe because I have PayPal selected as my default payment method on Mumo? Yes, shipping has gone crazy. I'm happy to help if you need help with arranging tenso. I don't know if they are back to using EMS for all places. Last time I had to arrange DHL with them and the price was very high, so I'm also worried about shipping prices.

How long do they give you? My cap will probably arrive in the next few days and I'm think to consolidate with A Ballads 2...

Why did you do this. I spend too much money. When I got the TA email, I ignored it. I told myseld, no Lina, you're not even going to look at this. You just delet the email. Pretend its spam.
