Hard to say. The week before, SMAP's singled "Triangle" sold about 100,000 more units in their first week than B&D in its first week at #1. And the Shuji to Akira single sold like 200,000 more units their second week at #1 (in their debut week, they sold over 500,000 units), and they're still going strong at this point (I think their single was less than 1,000 units short of being #1 this week). But male groups are generally dominating the charts nowadays.

lol yap!^^ i cant believe she got first on the weekly charts... though im not suprised with the low sales. Bold and Delicious didnt seem like her style.... it was..unique compared to her older ones.and i didnt really expect something like dat from her especially after heaven. but dats ayu^^! though it might have had better sales if Pride was the cover. lol i think pride is a thousand times better dan bold and delicious!^^;; but dats my opinionxD;; im very happy she got no.1 on the weekly charts!^^
