Currently Alan hasn't made any reply to the Avex, and one more thing, Avex has even threatened to withdraw not only Ayumi, but also BoA and other JPOP artists from the award ceremony.

Personally I think Ayu doesn't short for any awards.... it's also OK that she can miss out the ceremony, as to let the guys taste her wrath.
