^^For some reason I don't place Ayu and Namie on the same scale...I think Namie's tatoo's are "tolerated" but I don't think Ayu's ever would be.

Of course they are fake...they have to be. I don't remember the first post, and I can't read Chinese, so I don't remember if the tats are represented as real, but I think that anyone with any sense would see that they aren't. If they are and they are covered with make-up or airbrushed over, then hey, Ayu's got a hell of a team of artists that love to work on her and tomoya in the middle of the day whenever they go out. I don't think it matters in any way.

The tats do seem a bit...not in the same place...or tomoya can really stretch without seeming too. Maybe the tat pic was taken after the second pic. I think the tats are cute...but not if they are permanent...then...yuck...

But then... old ladies around the world would always call anyone with a tatoo a gangster, no? :D... but yeah, I've also gotten the impression it's not too common in Japan with tatoos.

I think that most people in this thread would agree on that they are most likely to be fake, so many things speaking against it.

They can just be temp. tatoos, pained on the skin.
Japanese society isn't very hot on tatoos, and a star getting one could be devastating to him/her.

I think, that if it ever was there, it wasn't a real permanent tatoo.

As a gigantically huge Nagase Tomoya fan, I can say with 100% absolute certainty, these pix are not fake -- that is definitely him. I'm not sure about the tattoo yet; we've yet to see pix of him with no shirt on/in a tank top in quite some time.
