It is part of the encore. The encore is after the long pause (which by the way is much shorter in the DVDs than at the actual performance I can tell you), the 2nd part of the concert and yes, the acoustic part of CDL0506 was after that pause. Just like for Arena Tour 2006, it also had an acoustic part immediately after the pause.

I think this is a good prediction. She did fairyland last year allthough it wasen't her best hit. Most of the songs performed ARE singles, so I don't think there's any big chanse of herperforming an album track. I don't think JEWEL would be a good chiose either, becuase it is too mellow. It's not good for a competition and a grand set, even though I really LOVE the song. BLUE BIRDis probably a better choice allthough I would prefer a more down-synthed version, somewhat more along the lines of the version performed at the kinki show.
