don't you think beyonce is just fake it up, that she likes ayu and kumi since she was interviewed in japan.

Haha, I knew about that she liked Ayu and Kuu but this was just too funny. XD
|
I wonder if she'll do an Ayu cover from I am...
|
wow ayu actually gets copied by Beyonce.
anyway, i like it when singers from all around the world have some interaction.. as in they learn from one another. it's good. i wun see it as copying. |

Chill out folks. Its not like Ayu hasn't been accused of copying other people either. We've had PLENTY of those threads in our forums already. I mean after all these years of musical albums and concerts from all the artists in the world, how do you expect something not to look the least bit similar to something else? In 100 years from now, I bet if someone made a music video that looked like alternas, they are going to say "omg that person copied that jpop singer ayumi hamasaki from the 1990s/2000s."
Its hard to say anything is TRULY original anymore |
beyonce listens to ayu?!! that's so kool lol. is there a video or an article??
and it's great that she calls her album i am... i really liked the dangeriously in love album. never really listened to b-day.. shes talented and if she did copy ayumi what's the problem and why hating on her? it only means more publicity for ayu and you should be happy that a star as big as beyonce adores ayu. |
Wow that was a big surprise to me x3 sweet!

and it's not going to mean anything for Ayu, not good or bad. people that have never heard of Ayu won't suddenly hear about her just because Beyonce has the samt album title. and again i have to say that i REALLY don't beleave that she's a fan of Ayu or Kuu, she has never heard any of their songs (i'm 98% sure of that). that's all just marketing and for making more fans in japan.:D |
Seriously IMO somebody gave Beyoncé a list of the most famous singers in Japan and she said Kumi & Ayu at random just to make her sell more CD's, I don't think she ever listened to their music. But "I am..." seems to be a popular title for albums XD

It's completely sad that most of actually think that Beyonce copied her. :irked Please get over yourselves and wake up to reality. :rolleyes It's ALL just a coincidence. I am (elipses or not) has been the title many artist's albums. =/ @ren: I'm sorry to pull the race card but is perhaps she's black that you ASSUME she doesn't listen to Ayu or Kuu or a matter of fact Jpop? :irked Unless you are Beyonce, you can't say that you're sure that she doesn't listen to them. Get over yourself and stop being so biased. :rolleyes And for those who doubt her liking ayu/kuu, it's not like she grew up on Jpop or anything. So her saying that she likes Ayu and Kuu is perfectly normal for a person is just being introduced to asian music. =/ Most new j-listers listen to some of the most popular artists in j-pop and ayu and kuu happen to be the "it" listeners in J-pop. |

(i'm not but still :P) i hate racism and the fact that she's black has apsolutely nothing to do with it^^ i just think that she did it for marketing and don't think that she had the time of will to listen to their music, that's all :D and for future notice, i really hope you don't go around pulling the race card on people, someone may get really offended by it:D |
^It's not naive. I just think you guys are stereotyping her just because she's an american artist. :irked It doesn't matter if they were promoting it or not, they liked what they liked. She's been in Japan many times and she was bound to get exposed to her music. She was prolly introduced to J-pop by someone or she coulda found out about herself while there. We'll never know but I think she was being herself when she said she liked Kuu and Ayu.
|
well i guess we'll never know the truth^^
let's just end it with that^^ |
