This situation reminds me of something I once told a military that that was depressed. He told me that once that his wife was cheating him with one of his work mates and that he couldn't bear it because he was "sure" everybody in his company was already knowing about it and that they'd talk about cheating in front of him just to make fun of him (though he mentioned me they talk about general cheating, not his case in specific). I told him that, before I became a military, if I were on a supermarket, shopping, anywhere and saw a military dressed up on uniform, it wouldn't really get my attention because that was not part of my world. After I became a military, nowadays whenever I see somebody in military uniforms, it draws my attention, because I'll try to check if it's somebody I know, and because now that became part of my life, and i identify with it. The same was with him, people in the HQ would talk almost all the time about cheating, so they were most likely not making fun of him, just being their useful self, talking about their useful stuff but just because he got "hit" with being cheated, he started to associate things to his emotional problem.

ayu made GREEN with the homosexual ayuxMidoring theme. That made people aware of that. Now, anytime ayumi mentions Midoring, no matter what she wants to say, people will immediately associate the GREEN PV, and think: hmmm ayu x Midoring.

I'm not discarding the possibility, but I personally think at the moment this is more of some sort of free association. In this message ayu just seems crazy and random. Doesn't necessarily hint that she has something with Midoring just because she mentioned her name. It's obvious that ayu became closer to Midoring (also not necessarily the intimate relationship kind of thing) because they both had to record a scene together, that was probably not shot in one take only, and that needed some training with both, so no wonder that made ayu grow some more empathy for her. ;)

Something must have really been lost in translation then, because in the original japanese it is VERY clear that she's trying to hint at liking Midoring. Whether she's doing it to tease us or to admit something is still unclear in the message, but she doesn't seem like she's just being random in the original message. In the original message she's very clearly saying "Maybe I like Midoring!!!" The "maybe" is there, yes, but it's very clear what she's teasing us about.
