Acutally what is "SO GOOD" u really mean? She's only yellin' =/ I wish she could stop singing that song =-=! It doesn't show how [good/10 year singing] voice of her to the audience(especially some new fan/young generation J-pop listener).

I just listen to all song samples ont this korean site and Ayu sounds horrible in RULE, especially if you listen to the other artists first.
Boys & Girls in this video is similar...

I do hope it's just one concert and the rest was better vocally.

Boys & Girls sounds as it does every time, people should accept it the way it is, as it's not going to change.

Yeap... B&G is there to pump the audience up, not really to be vocally amazing...

That's why I feel funny when someone say "she sounds SO GOOD there" =/ That's not even singin'.

well, she sounds better screaming boys & girls than she does attempting to sing it :yes
so i enjoy it! all of her boys & girls performances have so much energy & she's always having fun, so i don't get tired of them

Otherwise it would sound flat imo.

Singers shouldn't be so technical all the time.
If the singer has a good balance of 50% technic and 50% (or even higher) conveying emotion that's what is important imo.
Mainly technical singers can bore the hell out of me to be honest.
That's might be why I prefer ayu's vocals over others'.

^ Yeah, usually I prefer live versions of Boys & Girls! Because she sings it like a human. It's a HARD song to sing pitch-perfect, and it wouldn't be a crowd-pumper if it was so. :P

Yeah, I think you all have a good point. It's ok, sometimes even great, with Boys & Girls, it's a fun song, but it troubles me that much with RULE, cause it sounds the same way in this audio we have. :weep

^ Well, I think for the most part with Rule it's just the DAREKA NI KIMERARETA RUURU part that sounds a little off, but I don't think anyone could sing that and have it sound good~. XD

i actually also think that her Rule is not that good~~
i don't know if the audio fancam that made it sounded so bad or she sang it bad..but on that audio, i think she didn't really sing it well... but never mind~ i love it when the fans screamed over her when she first came out!!!

i don't know when the audio was taken, but on saturday, her voice was good for all of the songs. but i liked a song for xx the best.

but rule was really really strong, i liked it better than the performance at the first next level date that i went to :-\

I actually like this pale pink better...coz of the flowers.

I think she gets really excited when she goes on stage now..
She really loves the stage, and when she is excited, I think it's hard for her to control her vocals now that her ear is completely gone.
But I didnt think Rule was that bad~~
I believe next year, her vocals will be amazing..
It happens this way all the time~
She has some bad years, and then some great years, so let's wait for countdown live~~ ^^)

Anyways, A-Nation is all about the fun~~
Listening to all the other artists, they all seem tired as well, and vocals are not 100%.
Koda Kumi too sounds like she is shouting that same song they always play now..
And Tohoshinki sounds really tired from their busy schedule, and now big problems.
But, let's judge A-Nation for what it is, right,,, it's about summer fun, and seeing your favorite avex celebrities!

it's a summer concert so vocal doesn't need to sound technically great :)
it's about to bring the fun to the ppl who are there to enjoy the summer :)
