Aw every post is something touching, connecting us all.

THIS is the AHS I love.

the angel song 9th March 2010 05:28 PM

Her lyrics always become a mantra to me that I recite in my head when I need it lol...There are so many that touch different aspects of my life really, but generally speaking...

End of the World
"When you see someone worse off than you
you feel a little relieved.
When you see someone happier than you
you quickly become impatient.

But sometimes you
realize just how pitiful you are
and you crash into reality.

What should I think?
What should I say?
You're probably the
first person who has
tried to understand me."

That always made me feel better when I felt hopeless. It was like ayu preaching to me and telling me to 'WAKE UP!', and her vocals in this song are so raw and eerie.

Immature is another one...the whole 'it's okay to sometimes think we were born to be happy' always cheers me up when I feel like I put my happiness first in life and whether or not that's the right thing to do.

Daybreak is just priceless...talking about the people out there who appreciate you no matter what.

Talkin' 2 Myself is spot on.

"The reality always makes us run for nothing
But look ! Your own answer is hiding in it
If you have an unsatisfied feeling
That's what you made by your hands"

That is probably the song that speaks to me the most. Just because reality can be a bummer doesn't mean I have to let it affect me negatively. Ayu lyrics about finding your own happiness whether or not you are supported, and not giving up each day, and treating life like a 'big map' to chart your path on with the people who matter to you, is something I live by now.

Her moody lyrics really helped me out back when I was a struggling teenager though, lemme tell ya lmao.

Me too, In fact... If there she doesn't have that kind of lyrics I really don't think that she could have too much succes! Her songs touch us very deeply
