FIVE is a mini album with only five songs, and was released like 8 months after her previous release. Generally mini albums that length don't have singles released beforehand anyways.

A new album would be 10+ full songs, and full albums almost never happen without a single before hand (in Ayu's case, never). Plus, it's been less than three months since FIVE, and... I really doubt she'll put out another mini album anytime soon.

It's like, there's really no reason for her to stay for a month unless she IS recording a full album. But there's no reason to record a full album when she has no singles out and just released a mini a few months ago.

Maybe she is recording a full album and will release a winter single at the end of December, and then release the album quickly after? *_*

Almost five years since the last "BEST" album. She should release two different versions again and on each CD at least one new song and some old songs should be re-recorded.

Judging by her tweets, I don't think she's in London yet. She was still in Japan yesterday, celebrating Naoya's birthday at a restaurant in Shizuoka.

I think she can decide for herself, you guys are all boring with 'break thing', I mean, every year we have same discussion. If you are bored with her music go listen to something else. Why would she shut down her creativity just for the sake of fans who are tired of her.

You know, my mom is working each day from 3.30am to 6pm, the whole year, except sundays, and she is older than Ayu, so I would say: Ayu can absolutely continue with her work like she always did. It's an enjoyable job compared to the jobs other people have to work at each and every day.

People who want Ayu to take a break should prolly take a break from her instead. She isn't 3 years old, if she is tired she'll rest.

I don't get why people are saying she should take a break..people that do actual real hard work like firefighters, nurses, etc don't take year long breaks...Ayu is living a once in a million chance and dream. Why would she take a "break"?

I don't think Ayu would know what to do with herself if she took a break. She loves doing what she does, or else she wouldn't do it anymore. I'd love to see her spend more time with her hubby, but that's not something she would "normally" do... if you know what I mean... :innocent

I think she should take a break and have a child. She can still write songs and do some recording, just give up most of her hectic schedule...no touring and no 'crazy busy'.

You really have no idea what some peoples reasons are for something like that so you really shouldn't make such definite statements. As you said, that sort of thing is life changing and not everyone can do it, some people don't do it, some people won't do it, and it doesn't mean they'll regret it either.

What Ayu does is her own business; in my opinion, as long as she's happy and enjoying what she's doing then she should keep doing it. She could be forced into taking a break and be completely miserable regardless of what she does; is that worth it just for taking a break?

As long as someone is happy just let them do what they want; she's not hurting anyone really.

I don't think Ayu needs a break for musical reasons or anything like that, but if she's burning herself out physically I would hope she would take a break to rest if she feels overwhelmed. She's use to the hectic life style so I assume she knows her boundaries. I don't want her pushing herself beyond the breaking point on anyone's account.

Women seem to be cursed with the imaginary duty to give birth to children. I don't think just because she has the biological possibility to become pregnant means she ever wants to get children. Maybe she can't stand a children to be around her all day long, especially the first years of the new borns' life.

I know lots of girls that say they will never ever become a mom. Maybe Ayu is one of them.

Completely agree, she might have tons of responsabilities and stress due to her job, but she's got LOADS of cash and a lot of power (people who works for her) so her life is VERY COMFORTABLE compared to other people who has to do dangerous/exhausting jobs to make it.

It would be nice to see her with a kid, but doing that would mean to dismiss her career and taking a very long hiatus, and i'm not really sure she is willing to do that, her job is her life. I really can't see her leaving everything just to be a mom and forgetting he rmusic... that would go completely against her, i think :tired

I was in London in December when it was decided that the tuition fees for Uni was going up to as much as 9k and the protests were terrifying. I was about five blocks away and all I heard a whole night was police cars, ambulance sirens and things like that. I'm not going to discourage anyone but please be very careful; try to stay away from the protest route and if you think it's moving your way for whatever reason then just remain calm and either return to your hotel or find some other place to stay but do be careful, and if possible, stick together. Please look out for each other.

Every year different members join and it's quite normal in 12 years the thread got repeated..I don't think anyone related ayu's break to the boredom of her music, i just think they're worried for her health.

With creative people they just can't stop expressing yourself, authors never stop writing, painters never stop painting, etc. It's not like Ayu even promotes herself that much these days anymore. She's slowed down and that's cool, I don't think she'll ever go on a break though. That's not how she lives her life..

Don't worry , if Ayu is not aware, people around her is aware for her security!
