They probably fight and argue all the time, and some probably don't get along at all, but I didn't ever imagine they would push one out. am I the only one that doesn't get this concept that, if someone is leaving his/her job, he/her has to commit to it 110% before effectively leaving?
I feel it would have been way better if they had just let her stop participating in the group schedules little by little, this way everyone would start to accept that she is leaving little by little until she finally did so. But instead they expected her to work completely committed pretending like everything was normal. What would they do when her time to leave finally arrived (had she not been kicked out)? "So, she left the group. She has been leaving for over an year, but we just didn't mention until know. Surprise!"... sounds like a stupid idea to me, and clearly it has backfired in the middle of the process, because, let's face it, she signed a contract with the investors, so demanding her to halt her business activities when she's actually bounded to it by a contract is a bit irrational...

Why? Jessican trained for 7 years before getting into SNSD, do yo know that's a lot of money for SM? (Food, classes, a place to live for 7 years) Then she has been a SNSD member for just 7 years. You expect for an investment to at least she will be performing MORE than 7 years that's the cost of producing her, she didn't even care.

I said premature because, as all said before, it doesn't make sense to just kick her out of the group while a clear agreement has not been settled yet. And it's unfair to just suddenly taking a one sided decision while leaving the other in the dark.

There are too many insiders' stories flying around. Some said all members kicked her out, some said SM forced the members to kick her out, and some said 5 members kicked her out and three against it (a few sources said that Yoona and Hyoyeon were two of three who trying to keep sica).

But I think that this is going too far now with point of no return. Sica blew up the her anguished feeling on weibo, SM made a really mellow statement, then Sica made her statement saying that it was 8 other members against her idea in the first place. If SM was the one doing that, probly the outcome would be slightly better. But from Sica's statement, she pointed out her betrayal from other girls.

So now, the SNSD world is shattered into pieces, SONEs formed into three sides: sica, the other 8 members, and the group who stand in the middle hoping that 9 will be back together. I highly doubt this will happen tho if Sica thinks (and if it's true that) the others kicked her out. Now netizens think that Sica is a selfish person, and the others are fakers and actresses. Obviously she's not the best singer but to me she's just behind Taeyeon. She's better than Seohyun a bit, and I dun think Tiffany is the top 3 vocal in the group.

Dance skill wise, we can say that Yoona, Sooyoung, Yuri, and Hyoyeon are the "dance troops" in the group. Sica dances pretty well, except the fact that she only did 70 to 80% effort most of the times, and still looked good compared to below average dancers.

The fact is that she was the only sexy member of SNSD and that's a huge loss

I think kicking her out is not a wise decision group-wise. They lost a talented vocalist, a sexy member, a member with good exposure, general fan favorite, one of the face of SNSD, The queen of China and Japan. If they can't count that as assets coming for investing in her, I wonder what company SM is and how does it operate.

Even Tae, who sounds similar to Sica, can't replicate sica's style.

Maybe I was being a little hopeful, but after almost seven years as nine I thought they would stay that way for much longer than this, and of all the members I imagined would leave first, I never imagined Jessica. She's so popular, beautiful, and an amazing singer. This is a big loss for SNSD, no doubt. I feel so bad for Jessica. SNSD will never be the same without her.

For me, at least, this is vastly different from other groups having members leave or be replaced. Girls' Generation is the biggest group in K-Pop and they went a long time without anyone leaving. Also, for me personally, GG was my first K-Pop group and one of (if not my) favorite(s). This sucks. I knew they wouldn't be together forever, but this is such a bummer.

I love the Divine MV. Beautiful and sweet. Also, I knew Tae didn't have all the choruses alone, like all colour coded websites were suggesting. I wonder if we will ever see this song live.
