I'm anxious for the setlist of the concert, i hope for good surprises like for Let's Party Vol 2. The setlist is nice and she is full of energy. Loving it.
I even make me appreciate Whatchu waitin' on that i used to ignore.

Can anyone who has gone to a Kuu concert before help me out? I'm planning on attending her tour this year, but I don't know what's the best way to buy the tickets (I never went to Japan before)... Can you buy them from convenience stores or is there a better way? (I know it's possible to buy from convenience stores for many concerts, but I don't know how it works for Kuu's concerts)
I'll be living in Tokyo for a while, I'll arrive there in April, but I was thinking of attending to the tour dates in the end of July in Tokyo :)

I never bought concert ticket thru lawson machine (expect for payment) nor homepage, so i'm not sure how fast it will sell out. The worst case, you have to buy tickets at re-seller shops, and you can choose available seat number there.

For those of you who are planning on purchasing tour goods, are you ordering from mu-mo or are you going to wait for YesAsia to list them on their site? There's like 12 items that I definitely want to purchase and a few that I'm on the fence about but I think I'm going to order smaller items from mu-mo that shouldn't weigh too much (since I'll be using Tenso) and larger items on YesAsia since they offer free shipping and handling though the prices may be marked up a bit.

Yes, it is. It goes perfectly with the theme. I really like the fact that they decided to make it a box of various items in addition to the photobook rather than just the tour brochure itself. Also, the shopping bag is huge. It's a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be:

Everything feels so rushed and done for the tour only, but I can't really complain when it all looks SO GREAT.

I was anxious to know the tracklist of the tour since i'll assist to it this year and to be honest, i expected a tracklist not only focused on the album (since the album is rather short). Glad to see Rock your body, Butterfly, Koi no Tsubomi but i'm fucking tired of Ai no Uta. I could do without Everyday too.

Tracklist is shorter than her last tour & not so many good surprises other than Rock your body.

But anyway, if she do a great show, i'll be happy at the end so it's okay...

As for the tracklist, I'm looking forward to it. Just I wish she'd do KISEKI again. It's my favorite ballad of hers and she doesn't do it often enough. Also, TABOO is my #1 FAVORITE song of hers and I wish she'd do the full thing again, and not in a song medley or mash-up thing. However, glad to see it on the tracklist none-the-less.

I also think it looks short, but then that medley can be long enough to compensate, who knows? :P I'm really curious about the outfits, hoping for a sexy-sailor-captain for the opening hahaha

All I took away from that setlist was Rock Your Body. Are you frigging kidding me????? I LOVE YOU KUU! BRB sobbing & crying.

Apart from the first, outfits aren`t that great.

From her tours I'd say TRICK and UNIVERSE Tours are a good start. As for other concerts, Dirty Ballroom is a must-watch as well

She looks stunning! I'm loving the outfits on the right and on the left, but I'm not quite getting the middle one...

Black Cherry is considered one of her best by many, and I think even Kuu herself. After that, I would suggest Universe. I remember Kuu saying that she was getting frustrated with tours because she could never make another tour as epic as Black Cherry, but she thinks she finally did that with Universe.

EDIT: I've always thought that Kuu's costumes are too... costume-y, lol. They always look like a prom dress sewn by someone's mom. I guess having the costume made to fit Kuu is best, but I honestly wish she would wear more stuff off the rack in her tours.

That last one actually reminds me more of the Statue of Liberty than a mermaid outfit. All she's missing is the book and torch. :P

I'd recommend Japonesque and Let's Party Vol 2 (which is on Youtube)

LIVE TOUR 2007 ~Black Cherry~ & Dream Music Park (a stadium version of LIVE TOUR 2010 ~UNIVERSE) are easily her best shows.
I also recommend LIVE TOUR 2006-2007 ~second session~ which is imo her best hall tour so far.
But almost all her live are amazing, she is definitely the QUEEN OF LIVE.

I was a little upset that Bon Voyage was a hall tour, but watching the video I think that it actually suits the theme of the album more.

Thank you guys for the sugestions! I've just finished watching TRICK Tour earlier (excluding encore) and I must say I LIKED IT! My favourite performances were: Driving, SHAKE IT (omg, that girl from the crowd was really overwhelmed...poor one ...hahahha), This Is Not a Love Song (I liked the concept) and Moon Crying. I really like the fact that Kumi sang all TRICK songs! A big plus for this! Is TRICK a full song?

TRICK is just the introduction for the album. It's a lot shorter on the album than in the tour opening.

That's the only thing I'm sad about in the setlist.
On your side is such a good song. :(
Other than that I like the setlist, a mix of classics and Bon Voyage!
And if she does sing all the songs in full, it isn't that short.
I really want a report about what's happening and how the interlud movies are this time. Please no comedy again.
