And it's a bit strange. They're calling it "Hawaii Fanclub Tour" in the first blog post, but not in the logo and apart from the application for the whole trip (which initally stated, will have just a mini concert included as they spend all 3 days with Kumi anyway), there weren't any further dates or concerts or anything announced, not even for the Japanese Koda Gumi.

Anyway she's in the final stage of rehearsing for it. It's happening next week already. Everything will be updated on the blog with photos and infos.

Should I post every update here?

Btw. the event she sang Promise you at wasn't a-nation Sankyo, it was a special Eyeful Home event (the company the song is used for).

@pedronekoi Yes, they are going to spend a couple of days together at the same hotel, doing sleep over and stuff like that. She's doing a mini concert as well.

It costs at least JPY330,000~ / person (based on twin-share)

If you mean the FC event I'm pretty sure they will use it for the Fanclub Edition of the next album since they don't have any other fanclub event to use (so far).

This last sunday was the rebroadcast of her a-nation date. Only WON"T BE LONG - BUT - Lollipop were broadcasted.

The audio is pretty much the same, only in better quality, but no edits as usual. The angles are a lot more interesting, as you would expect, and the colors are corrected. That's pretty much it, it's not worth it.

And btw. 51 of those 59 dates were officially sold out in the end.

I wouldn't doubt if she announced her next single during the last concert. I am not betting on it tho. Since she has now broken her release pattern I am curious to see what she's going to give us from now on, and I can wait a bit more for it.

She's teasing a lot the last concert, so who knows. I wouldn't mind a new album next february / march, without any single. Or being a single like Love me Back/anytime, right before the album.

I genuinely hope she announces the 13th album early next year. It's taken a long time for me to genuinely like WALK OF MY LIFE, but it's certainly made me miss Koda. She wasn't just fun, she was so casual about things for WOML. I'd love to see her carry that forward.

I liked the PV for EX TAPE, and I would love to see her do more of that style of fashion. I'd also love to see just a few simple PVs like EX TAPE and MONEY IN MY BAG with her dancing a simple routine in one or two takes again. And, I know I griped about this a lot before, but I hope she keeps some of the upbeat songs shorter and more succinct. But I'd also love to hear Koda do a full ballad that's 2 minutes long. It would be awesome to hear something like "you" or "Koishikute" that's written to last only a couple minutes.

Anyway, I'm ready for a new Kuu album. I'd love to hear a new single, but I'm OK if she doesn't do a new single. She's put out 59 of them so far. I think she can get away with not releasing any for a couple years and just focusing on good albums.

She already has ( just spoke about it one page ago). Bring It On is the club song for months already, being played before every game. They just made it official (Kuu spoke about it in her MC at the 10/29 concert date). Which is the reason, why so much (chinese) fans think, Bring It On will be the next single.

I'm very excited that she's recording more new songs which we will never hear... On a serious note, I wonder if Kuu & avex are trying to build up the hype for the new single / album. People are obviously still going to see her live and I do believe last time I saw that whatever it's called concert attendance report - about 400k people attend her concerts annually while her albums barely sell 50k. We don't know, what will happen.
I can imagine her just releasing a new album early next year and then touring.

Also, I am so down for another Western-only album. I love WoML. It took some getting used to, but now I love it.

I'm not on board with western producers again. eastern producers have a certain charme to them, that westerners don't have. I wish, she could Shake It Up (pun intended) at least and just don't use the common ones, but experiment with producers.

@a❤martian: We knew she was recording and shooting videos, but it took a long time before they announced the single. In 06.15 we got the release date, more than a month away, and after 3 days TOUCH DOWN and LALALALALA leaked, songs and PVs by the director's vimeo, leaving us with nothing more than IS THIS TRAP to be excited for. The single didn't even had a name yet, by the way. haha
