I hate to say the song just annoys the crap out of me. :headache He voice sounds terrible, and I'm a big fan of her voice. :/ I was so optimistic about it, too. I think I'll have to wait for some more promotion of it first before I make a full opinion. Some lives will surely change my mind. :P

Well I definately prefer the PV for this than Lucky Star, but I still prefer Lucky Star to this. This is growing on me though, I've had it in my head quite a bit today :D

I'm not really feeling the song. I don't think it's good enough to be an A-side. It sounds more like an album filler track for sure. Also her voice in this song is REALLY disappointing. :< I know she's never been the greatest singer, but her vocals in this song are almost unbearable for me, considering I looooved her LOVE PUNCH era vocals.

I know I'm late, but the single cover is so cute. <3 I'm just glad she's finally releasing music again after FOREVER.

i cant believe i actually quite like the new PV.! o.o .. the concept was interesting.
but her singing voice is..just...=.=..how would u recommend others to listen to that.

Am I the only one who doesn't really notice a change in Ai's vocals now, lol?? I mean, she never had a diva singing style or anything, and it's always, in my opinion, had that annoying flare to it. ^^' Besides, I think she sounds tons better than some of the artists people here love so much, yet people never complain about their voices. :shrug It just seems weird that people are just now pointing out that Ai Otsuka has some pretty crappy vocals sometimes. XD

It's so weird because ai actually has a really good singing voice when it isn't all high pitched (shachihata...) I wonder why she doesn't sing like that more often.

PV - quite ok but the last part where she opened her mouth , that expression she made was priceless LOL

I'm not sure what happened to her honestly . She frankly was really good at what she was doing then suddenly she went downhill

I don't know if it's because she's running out of music ideas or something , she just needs to come back with a she-banging one , not something that's being recycled over & over & over again

The turning point for me was at LOVE COOK. It seemed like she was trying to take a slightly more mature turn there, and she followed through with it past LOVE PiECE. And it worked. She didn't seem so childish, but she still had that cutesy, fun, bubblegum pop image going on in certain songs. But then with LOVE LETTER and beyond, it seems like she trying to completely move past those, both with image and music.
But in my opinion, a 'mature woman' direction just isn't her. And neither is this.....freaky (for lack of a better word, hah) style she's going in to now. She's cutesy little Ai Otsuka, hah! And if she doesn't want to fully play out that image, she doesn't have to completely change herself. Songs like Yumekui and Cherish, or even Planetarium and Kingyo Hanabi, are all very mature sounding. She doesn't need to do a full 180 to get out of the kiddy-rut. :no

And yeah, maybe she is running out of ideas. :X She has been around since 2003, which is a fairly long time. I honestly don't know how much of her lyrics/music she's involved with, though.

she did had some mature sounding songs in the past while in the process of cultivating that cutesy happy go lucky image she had & that worked pretty well for her to a certain extent & sales that time were relatively good/decent for her

it's like after LOVE PiECE onwards , she tried to shake off that image & do a 360 degree overhaul but somehow or another it's not working big time in her favour

the public will always/forever remember her earlier works that were crazy & somewhat mature & it's a stigma that she has to live with it , whether she likes it or not

oh I have all her studio albums xD ... pretty much she does everything from writing to composing & let alone producing
